I went into the salon for a color correction a few weeks ago after having a major miscommunication with my usual stylist. I dont normally color my hair and wanted some warm-toned highlights but ended up with almost an entire head of bright blonde hair. I was only in town for a few days and was majorly panicked, especially since I had gone back to my stylist the day before to fix it and only ended up making things worse. They managed to fit me in with Sarah that day despite having a booked schedule. After we discussed everything she brought over swatches to make sure we were in total agreement about color and even asked the owner Rebekah to come over for a final seal of approval. On top of taking care of her own clients, Rebekah then made it a point to help out with my appointment. Sarah was absolutely wonderful and completely competent, and it was clear they both just wanted to make sure I was 100% happy with the end result. Something I really appreciated was that neither of them ever made me feel rushed or like a burden even though they were definitely pressed to fit me in. I was told, understandably, when I called that they probably wouldnt have time to blow dry after the color, but when the time came Sarah went ahead like it was a normal appointment, which is a huge feat considering how insanely thick my hair is. Rebekah helped with the blow dry as well, Im sure to speed things up, but neither of them ever said anything about being in a hurry or needing to get with other clients. Even though I would have understood if they had, it was nice to not feel bad about taking their time when I was already so upset. The best part is I left with hair the exact color I wanted! Will definitely be seeing Sarah again the next time Im in town.

Despite the bad review a prior customer gave Salon Bellezza, I decided to give them a try. I honestly couldnt be any happier; I went in to Salon Bellezza with a BAD HAIRCUT. Liz was my stylist and she did such a phenomenal job correcting the damage done somewhere else. Unfortunately, the bad cut I received left my long hair as almost no hair. I never would have chosen to have short hair, and when I received a bad cut it confirmed my feelings about me and short hair. However, when Liz fixed the haircut gone wrong; I have absolutely fallen in love with having short hair, it looks absolutely gorgeous. I am so thankful to Liz for how wonderful my hair looks! ♡♡♡♡♡

Worst experience ever! Junior stylist screwed up my daughters color. My daughter immediately informed her of the problem and after I saw it I immediately called the salon. We were told to come by to have it corrected no problem. On the way out charged me $50 more dollars for their screw up. Called my daughter a liar. Wow! Did not mention additional cost on top of the original price. Dont go there. Owner is unprofessional and nasty!

Ive been coming here for 5 years for cut and color and couldnt be happier to have found this gem of a salon in my neighborhood. Friendly customer service and quality haircare every time. I consistently get compliments on my color so I guess Im on the right track ;-)

Had a great first experience here! Its always a little scary when you try a hair salon for the first place, but I was beyond satisfied! Jen did a fantastic job, and the prices are very reasonable! Super happy with my haircut and will definitely be back again.

Ive been going to Rebekah for years to get a great mens haircut. I have curly hair and would constantly get terrible cuts from cheap places like Great Clips. After getting it cut by her I havent gone any where else.
