I took my daughter to this Walmart store to get color. The stylist was rude from the moment we walked in. She was flip and unprofessional during our entire interaction with her. She was sarcastic as well. My daughter is 12 and she treated her roughly and was very dismissive. She got leah in her and laughter about it. She ignored my daughter when she asked questions and did an unacceptable job on the hair. My daughters hair has splotches and is nothing like what we asked for. When I asked her how it happened and how we could fix it, she told me she was leaving for the day, that it was closing time. I told her that my daughter couldnt go to school like that and that we would need to fix it. She refused and called the police because I asked her to fix what she had done. Apparently she goes through this often. When my daughter cried about what the stylist had done to her hair, the stylist laughed and said "awww you poor baby" with a big mocking smile. This stylist was the rudest and one of the cruelest people I have ever spoken to. She was also rude to other customers. A military man asked for a discount and she laughed at him and said "yeah if you want me to shave your head, otherwise, you are paying" Please stay away from this salon! awful, terrible, unprofessional!! I have posted pictures of what she did to my daughters hair as well.

My mother took my 12 year old sister here to get pink highlights in her hair. The woman that worked on her (she refused to provide her name) put pink polka dots throughout her hair and cut chunks out of it. My sister started crying when she saw it because she had a school event the next day. The woman made fun of and mocked my 12 year old sister and told her that she could go buy some hair dye to fix it. My mother told her she needed to fix it and the woman said "Im not fixing anything, my shift is over". My mom said she wasnt leaving until she fixed it and the woman proceeded to call the police and describe my mother as an "obese woman with a fake tan". She cursed at my mother and my sister (a child), mocked a child and called them racists because they wanted good service. Absolutely pathetic. DONT GO HERE.

This was a bad experience from the manager, Wanda, to the stylists in the salon. These people seem to have the experience of beauty school students. One, Nollie, did not know how to blow dry hair. The other Stylist had to help her. Theresa did not know how to put color in. The manager, off the clock, had to help her. Also, while I was there, Nollie, nicked a 10 year boy during a hair cut and had to cut all his hair off. She also burned the ear of my daughter. They also did not know how to ring up the charges in the register and overcharged me for the service I received. They basically were nickel and diming me for add on services that were poorly done. I will never, ever go back.

It was a good experience the people there especially Renee are very friendly and fun to talk to. Also the hair service was great and theres not a long wait even though there are few workers you barely have to wait, which is amazing compared to all the other hair salons Ive been too where i have to wait hours just before even getting my hair done. Anyways it was an all throughout great experience and I will definitely return .
