Ugh, this is my least favorite Ulta. It feels small and cramped to me but it is kept clean for the most part. No one asked if I needed help. I came in for one thing that Ive bought at Ulta before and I guess they stopped carrying it. I grabbed the next best thing and waited in line to check out. And waited. And waited. There was only one checkout person and the line was getting longer behind me. Employees were leaving and getting patted down at the front of the store in front of all the guests waiting in line. I thought it was so strange. Finally got to checkout and my one item rang up more than it was marked on the shelf. I said forget it, Ill just buy what I actually need on Amazon. At least the checkout girl was pleasant but I wasnt going to make her do a price check with a long line of people waiting behind me. No thanks, Ill make sure to just buy what I need at Sephora and Amazon from now on.

I did not enjoy my shopping experience. I wasnt greeted upon entering the store and help was not offered the entire 45 minutes of shopping. I tested products to find my correct shade in one spot for 30 minutes and no one offered to help. It was apparent that the sales associates were selecting who they assisted for there were guests receiving help. I unfortunately, wasnt one of them. For this reason, I prefer to shop at Sephora because Im always greeted and help is offered. I will no longer shop at Ulta.

General sales customer service experience leaves a lot to be desired. Ive visited this store on multiple occasions and always had to ask for help/assistance versus being greeted. I even asked for recommendations today and none of the sales associates pointed me in the direction of the item or attempted to see when theyd have more in stock after realizing they were out. The products/floor set up is good and much like that of other Ulta stores.

Sarah colored my hair and I couldnt be happier with the results! She was very upfront with me about what would be possible on my super dark hair and was very knowledgable when suggesting what techniques would look best. I totally trust her. She took her time and made sure everything was exactly the way it should be, the best hair experience Ive had and Ive tried tons of places all over the east coast!

I felt very out of place at this particular location. It was the first time I had been to one in Atlanta. I felt like the staff thought I wasnt good enough to be there. When I asked for help the guy walked me over to where the tweezers were and didnt say a word. Checkout was very awkward. He could have at least given a half smile. I think I will stick to going to Ulta when I go back home to NC.

Not Young & Hip I think for a certain demographic (senior woman) this place probably works well. If you are looking for a hip place - this is not it. The shampoo was mediocre, the scalp massage was a joke, the creativity and vision for hair styles was nil, and the blow out that I received made me look like I had asked for "the Rachael" circa 1990s. I will not be going back to this salon.

Have been getting my hair cut and eyebrows done at this salon for about 4 years. Heather is a great stylist and I highly recommend her! Plus ULTA has a great frequent buyer program. You can get rewards you would actually use...like free hair cuts...for frequent purchases.
