Ugh wheres the 0 STARZ Terrible terrible I went to Fayetteville they are un responsive like robots working .. Smyrna the manger never introduces herself and some huge man light skin guy comes and goes sometimes hangs around which is a bit creepy , creeping my kids out one stylist I love the following Crystal Tasha ,Ghana and Shaina ❤️ However not that always speaking about her religion thats not salon talk Maya (big braids sometimes her work looks rushed) maybe because the salon makes them do any length of hair and texture including a Shampoo in a hour and 30 minuets which some young ladies need more as far as my daughter she has really long hair , she cant possibly get a good Shampoo if the stylist are being rushed . God luck going down hill fast

I give the stylist 5 stars. I highly recommend Crystal at their Smyrna location. She is incredible! My 3 stars comes from time management. I understand weekends are busy however, when you take the time out to book an APPOINTMENT in advance, there is no way I should be waiting at minimum for an hour to be seen by the stylist. The last two times it has taken almost an hour and a half for my daughter to be seen. The lack of acknowledgement is terrible as well. Nobody gave an apology, update or even an option to reschedule. I love the ladies in here they just need to get a little better with the booking of the stylist so they wont be overwhelmed with clients.

For first time customers, make sure you do your research on the best stylist before booking your appointment. Thought everyone would be up to the same standards but they are not. My daughters hair lasted a week, even with hair added. The good thing about the shop is they were willing to redo my daughters hair( with awesome braider) and it lasted an appropriate amount of time. I would go back, now that I know which stylist to ask for. My daughter got lots of compliment and she was happy.

Im sitting here at the salon at the moment getting my daughters hair braided and one of the stylist (near the tv) keeps bring up skin color to the lighter woman not to far from her, her comments towards people of a lighter shade are very rude and disturbing, this is my first time and probably will be my last also the loud laughter over the clients are just as ridiculous.. -Sad I had to post this from my nephews page

I loved this place, Crystal had such a nice sweet spirit and was so patient, especially being that my daughter is very tender headed. The fact that they gear this salon solely on "just for girls" is awesome. Will definitely be returning
