Not handicapped friendly! Arrived for my first appointment and used the handicapped ramp; however, that entrance was locked so I knocked. Finally a middle-aged man with dyed hair walked into the previously empty room, looked at me, and walked back out! While searching for my phone, this individual returned, opened the door and said, "Let me help you out. If this door is locked, use the main entrance," pointing to the entrance some distance away with numerous steps. I indicated my cane in case he hadnt noticed and said I am unable to climb steps. He again repeated that he was, "just trying to help" me out. Really?! If he wanted to, "help," he would not have initially ignored me at the handicapped entrance and then told me to use the stairs. Needless to say, left without having my scheduled service.
