I will never go back to this place again...A month ago, the new girl in training did my browz which I didnt like so I asked for someone elses assistance and it was done ok. Long story short, I go in to have my browz done today and I didnt realize she was at the shop. They begin speaking in their language and the lady that did my browz happen to be laughing with the new girl as my back was turned and when I turned around she had this strange look on her face. I honestly believe the new girl told her about my last visit with her and how I didnt like the way she did my browz. I have every right to let you know if I am not pleased with your services, especially when I am paying for it. Ive been going to this place for almost 2 years and just as the same way I found you, I can find another place. Its not like you have soooo many clients from what I see every time Im there your business is empty. Just a little reality check for you...this is America not India, when you dont generate enough revenue your business will close. If you cant take constructive criticism to understand what your client needs in order to better your services you will LOSE in the end. Dont take our tax money for granite just because you are living here for FREE. REMEMBER you came to America for a BETTER LIFE!!!

If I could give less than one star to this place, I would. If you work in customer service then it is understood that you should extend some sort of courtesy and respect to your customers. I received none of that today on my trip to Stylz. The normal procedure when you walk in is to write your name in their check-in book and wait your turn. The stylists dont even consult the book to see whos next and instead they holler out asking whos next. This understandably so can cause confusion at times. I waited for over fifteen minutes today before a stylist came out and mumbled something and another woman got up and walked up to her. When I stood up to let the stylist know that I was actually first she started to yell at me for not speaking up when she asked who came in first. And to top it off she started to insult me to the other woman. I was appalled. I have been coming to this establishment since it first opened. I no longer live in Atlanta but still come to this particular place to get my eyebrows done. I have never been this horribly disrespected at a beauty salon. One thing is for sure, I will NEVER be going back to this place. And if you value your respect and dignity you wont go here either.

This is the worst wax experience Ive ever had! I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. Price was good.... service was horrible.
