The owner and the beauticians want more customers serviced per hour, so that they can make more money.. Specially over the weekend. I had been there for hair coloring and the color got on my t-shirt !!. Also my hair did not catch the color evenly. I was blamed for both the reasons when I pointed out !! For the color on the tshirt I was told " You should have asked for a robe so that nothing gets on your t-shirt", and for uneven color "Your hair was not clean so it did not catch color". I asked them since I am the customer you should have taken care of the robe and I should have not asked for the same, also my hair condition should have been mentioned before applying color... Never going back over there to do any kind of service..Very bad service, rude answers and no refund or any credit..

Worst Indian salon i have ever been.Lady wearing burka has spoiled my skin texture and that has led to dryness.I went for waxing my upper lip and chin.she pressed and pulled it so hard that my skin started bleeding .This stupid lady should not be working as a beautician.She doesnt even know how to apply a wax.Now because of her my skin is facing issues with dryness only in that particular area...Ladies dont take a chance going there.Even if you dont have any choice but to go there i dont recommend burka lady...all she says is your skin is very sensitive if its damaged...Sara beauty salon is the best....

New visitors, pleas do NOT trust these "wow" reviews. its made up stuff. its not as good as it sounds.. I just had a horrible haircut from their salon. and ironically the lady who butchered my hair happens to be the owner.. Id say ok for their eyebrow trimming but a huge NO for hair cut. luckily there was this one good lady who fixed up my hair to an ok level, and a thank you to her. But dont ever get the service of that old lady who is the owner of the salon.

absolutely terrible customer service. Forget about appointments! Even if you have an appointment and get there on time, they will claim that you got there late and make you wait. The actual service (other than facials, which are freaking terrible and overpriced) is okay. But the ladies who work there are unprofessional, not well educated and trained how to handle a salon, and too stubborn to learn. Never going back again.

Been going to this salon for about 8 years now and I still wait to come home from college to get my brows done at Stylz. I understand where these bad reviews can come from but you just have to know the right people to go to! Always ask for your services from Vandana, Mehru, or Mamta! Trust me, at their qualifications the price cant be beat. Wont stop coming here for a very long time!!

I went for facial at alpharetta location. They say $35 for 1 hr facial, but actually it is less than 40 min. I got only 20 mins of massage which includes scrubbing, steaming and cleaning and than 20 mins of face mask to dry. Atleast I was expecting more massage:((( also there is not enough privacy while getting facial. I hope they read it and improve yhere service.

This place used to be good. They opened a location in windward and seemed to put the only people who half knew how to do eyebrows at that location. If you want terrible customer service, a rushed, jacked up eyebrow job then by all means visit stylz of Duluth. Definitely will not be returning to the Duluth location and would not recommend it to anyone.

i agree with the other reviewers, the service is bad and the people are rude. They lie about how long you have to wait so that they can service more people. Dont ever go there if you read this. There are better places to get your eyebrows threaded and your hair colored. This is the worse service i have EVER received my entire life. EVER! EVER!

Staff is very rude and rustic.. I got a facial done and she was going at my face like shes doing surgery.. Was so rough and painful.. Their toilet was as filthy as their service. Only plus is the rates but Id rather pay some more and have peace of mind!

My mother and I come to get our eyebrows done all the time. They do a great job. Anything to do with hair removal is good. However I would not recommend getting a facial here. Got one done for my birthday, it was half assed and a waist of money.

Ive been coming here for a long time, and I think theyre ok. Dont go here for anything but a haircut or hair removal. Make sure to get an appointment because it gets really busy sometimes

The ladies often talk to other ladies while doing your eyebrows, sometimes lands spit on ur forehead since they are threading your eyebrows. very unproffessional!!! do not reccommend!!
