Misty cut my hair and it was awful. I went once and never returned. She wasnt very friendly to start, and she seriously messed up my hair. My bangs were cut way too wide, my hair was very uneven on either side, and my "long" layers in the back were cut to about 4" long, so I had this "bowl" of hair around the top of my head when the rest of my hair was below my shoulders. Its been almost a year and Im STILL trying to grow my layers out. Most awful hair experience Ive ever had.

Really like this spa. Close to my home (about a five to 10 min drive, depending on traffic). Ladies are friendly and do their best to give the customer what they wanting. End result is pleasing. Have had hair and nails done by Sara. Happy with her work; consistent and pays attention. Doesnt get caught up or distracted in conversation where shes cutting too short or completely missing strands. Takes her time but is efficient.

Simplicity stays true to its name - a modern, clean look coupled with friendly and prompt service makes for a pleasantly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The hair care products are unique to this market, a refreshing change from the usual fare, and the spa pedi was relaxing and perfectly polished. Tracie was AMAZING. First of all, they fit me in last minute with no problems. I went in not know exactly what I wanted but I talked with Tracie and totally trusted her to do her magic. She was so personable and kind. My hair feels better than ever and looks amazing! I will definitely be coming back!

Worst haircuts we have ever received. Both of my girls had their haircut, both had to go elsewhere to have their cut fixed. Refused to thin my daughters thick hair. Cut was uneven and not even close to what we asked for. Money wasted!!!

I recently had a Shellac manicure done by Helene and it was great! Small salon, but everyone was very warm and friendly. Helene answered all of my questions and was very pleasant to talk to. I will be back!
