I was a bit hesistant after reading the reviews for this Ulta store lol However, I was in the area and decided to give it a try! I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. I asked Linda for Shape Tape by Tarte, so she took me over to the end cap and tried colors on me. Unfortunately, they were sold out of the color I needed, which is okay...I know it is really popular right now. She was really nice, friendly, & good customer service. Glad I stopped by! : )

I usually go to the Ulta store in Eastgate, (which I love) so I was very surprised to see that this one had low ratings. But I was welcomed here and experienced none of the negative feedback that others have said. It was a great experience and if Im ever around again I wouldnt hesitate to stop by!

A manager here (an older woman) was INCREDIBLY rude during my last visit. I cant fathom how someone so terrible with customer service was given that position, but I will be taking my business elsewhere.
