I am new to the area and was looking for a new salon. A place were it was reasonably priced and the staff if friendly. When I called Tuscany the receptionist was very helpful and friendly, she took the time to explain to me the services and how the pricing worked with the stylist. Once arriving there I was greeted immediately with coffee and smiling faces. My stylist Paris was so great and professional, she took the time to explain to me my color options that would good with my skin tone and she even took a quick 5 min to style my hair for the day. After the session was over, they asked me how Everything was and would I like to make another appointment. I told not at this time but I will deffently will be soon. 2 days later they called and just wanted to say thank you for coming in and hope that I enjoyed my session. I give them 5 stars. There is one thing that would be awesome that they could start doing is offering couples messages and packes.

I live this salon. The receptionists are very welcoming. The environment in general is very relaxing. I had Tori to cut my hair and she did a wonderful job! After the haircut, I decided last minute to have my eyebrows done because they had a special going on. Tori took me to a lovely waiting room that had a couch you could fall asleep in. I didnt have to wait long. Joy came along and worked in my brows. She also did a wonder job! I told my sister in law about Tuscany after my appointment and made herself one right away! I highly recommend this salon. Its very relaxing and the people who work their are polite, helpful, and kind.

Went here on June 20th for a full body massage and walked away totally relaxed, even in the midst of trying to get a million errands done! The salon and spa is broken into two portions - the salon on the right with the spa on the left, which is secluded from the hustle and bustle of the salon and shop area. The decor is striking and designed to resemble Tuscany. They provide each person with a spa robe, slippers, and a locker. There is a spacious relaxation room with comfortable seating. The treatment was wonderful and they really focused on problem areas. Price is reasonable.

I went there for highlights (roots only) as my hair was blonde. The service was ok, but I think they charged a lot for what they did. They also dyed the top of my head only ( I did say that that I want all of my head as I like when its all the same color). So when I have a pony tale , you can see dark roots and its not very nice. They charged me $180 which to me, is a bit too much for roots only. In general, the salon is nice, I also went there for massage and eyebrows and they were good.

I have been patronizing this salon for several years now. I really cannot imagine going anywhere else for hair, brow threading, and nail services. Of course, all of the credit for this goes to Angie. She is positive and professional and she introduced me to Ila who always makes my brows look perfect. What else can I say? If you are looking for a clean salon with a talented and welcoming staff, this is the place!

Happy New Year to all!!!! and special thanks to LOURIE (apologies, if i hv spelled ur name wrong) for creating magic on our (mine & my daugters) hair!!!! She is truly a gifted hairstylist.... My daughter was overwhelmed with the response she got from her schoolmates for her new hairstyle....she received loads of compliments :-) Thanks once again LOURIE..keep up the good work!!!!

I tried Emma after Anu left and love her! I wont trust my brows to anyone else is Cincy. She is great! And if you are getting your brows waxes you def. need to try threading...threading gives you a better shape and hurts less in my opinion.
