Second time patronizing this location; Kayla worked on my hair this second time. I called the salon at 4:10 PM EST on Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2017. They were able to accommodate my request and offered an appointment at 4:30 PM or 4:45 PM. I went with 4:45 PM, showed up almost ten minutes late, and the employees were INCREDIBLY COURTEOUS and UNDERSTANDING about my tardiness. Kayla was sweet and extremely knowledgeable. She asked if I would like a complimentary beverage (I declined), massage (accepted), or facial (accepted), and was funny and amiable for the entire wash, cut, and style. The massage and facial were much needed after a long day hunched in front of a computer, and the Aveda products used on my hair were as to be expected (luxurious, aromatic but not cloying, nourishing, and effective). Kayla made me feel comfortable and welcome, and never pushed products on me, as reminiscent of a Dead Sea Minerals skincare salesperson at a shopping mall. She was very skilled and proficient, and I was able to walk out of the salon and text the family “Heading home now” at exactly 5:45 PM EST, after paying considerably less than I was expecting to for the remarkable service. Awesome, time-efficient, cost-effective experience, and I’ll be back again, as soon as I can free up an hour in my overbooked life. I even felt a need to carve out ten minutes of my time to post this review, because the experience was that wonderful. Thank you, Kayla!

Mason-Montgomery, Deerfield Township Salon...I visited this salon July 14, 2008, and have highlights, done to my hair. Aside that my appoinment is at 1:00 pm, with "hair technician" Anne, I was serve 1:45 pm. For the price that they charged it is not worthed, cause it seems that they can not keep up with their appoinments were. That is what you call "appoinments" and it should be kept. Well anyways, she did highlights to my hair, did not give me a mirror to see the back side, as soon as I got home, my husband asked me. "Have you seen the back of your hair"? WOW there was a big lump of uneven color-very yellow and I asked for dark brown and golden brown. It cost me more to have my hair fixed. I wont recommend it with anybody. I am very unsatisfied customer.

I dropped in for a trim, highlight and style. They were able to work me in with a stylist within the hour. I requested red highlights, expecting that they would be gone in my dark hair within a few weeks. Not only did the color last until I went back to natural months later, but it also didnt fade at all. I was offered a free mini facial while at the sink as the deep conditioner went to work, moisturizing my parched, winter dry tresses. I was amazed that a cut, highlight, mini facial, deep conditioning treatment, Aveda hand lotion and aromatherapy body spray rang in at under $100. I received exemplary treatment, as did my hair and face, and I recommend this location to the budget-less and budget conscious alike. Youll be glad you did!

The salon is attractive. The reception seating uncomfortable. I got an unremarkable haircut, color and highlight. Not bad, not good. Looked a little too similar to the stylists and I suspect she gives everybody the same style and color. I enjoyed the free facial. I was absolutely mortified when I went to pay and found that you cannot put tips on the credit card. I had no cash on me. I think this policy is bad not just for customers but for the stylists who end up not receiving tips from customers like me who do not know. I think any talented stylist would leave in a heartbeat. I will never go back.

Was in over the weekend and had partial highlights done for the third time with Nikki! She is awesome, the salon is clean and friendly and I always walk out feeling great and valued!! Nikki will have my business for a long time!!

SHENAE WAS AWESOME! This was my first time at this Salon and with Shenae but she did a great job. A mini massage, mini facial, hair cut and style! She did a lovely job. I will for sure be back!
