The salon is beautiful. I loved the decorations however everything that sparkles is not gold. I didnt have an appointment but I phoned ahead and was told to come in immediately for an eye brow arch. However, when I entered the salon the persons behind the desk treated me like I had no business being in the salon. They started whispering amongst themselves and told me I could have a seat. After I sat for a few minutes I was taken to the back and received great care. When she finished I was again treated as though I should not be in the salon, the receptionist had no change to offer, I had to use a credit card and I preferred to use cash. Then I waited 10-15 minutes for a receipt. While I waited I noticed the receptionist and others greet other customers upon their entrance, "there was no whispering" and they offered other customers refreshments while they waited. I strongly discourage anyone from patronizing this business. Blow Dry Bar & Salon does not treat every customer with care and respect, they decide which customers deserve respect and courtesy and which do not. Unfortunately, I did not therefore I will never return and I hope whoever reads this review will do the same!

First off, the stylist I had got way too personal by telling me way too much about herself and her life (newly divorced, and remarried) big no no... Made me uncomfortable. Sloppy wash, didnt rough dry me enough before taking a round brush through, so it felt like she was shredding my hair. Used way too much product, then basically tried to cover up her terribly blow out by curling everything. Ive had countless blow outs, in different states, with many different stylists, but this one was by far the worst. Hopefully it was just this stylist, but unfortunately Im not willing to try again. Id rather just schedule a blowout at my regular salon.

I went in with my mom last summer before my best friends Wedding in Arizona. I am too in love with the environment! The lighting fixtures are so pretty and the interactive floor in the washing area is too cool. I got a fantastic cut and my mom got color and a cut and she was thrilled as well. Everybody is sweet there, the menu is so creative and it even goes with the cocktail glasses some munchies come in. It was nice to be relaxed and get pampered again. That hasnt happened since I was little. :)

I wish I could give this place 3.5 stars, but Ill bump then up to 4 just because you can usually get am appointment quickly. Expensive for basic salon services. Staff is friendly. Last visit, I sat in waiting room for almost 10 minutes before I was acknowledged by staff. Receptionist is nice but not overly friendly and not always around to greet customers.

I absolutely love going here! Kelly is not only my stylist, but I consider her my friend! I love what she has done for my hair!!!! You wont get a better Manager than Meghan - she is always smiling and there to help with whatever you need. I highly recommend you take the time to visit. I have recommended them to many of a friend!!!!

They took my daughter and I as walk-ins even though they were getting ready to close. I am so grateful they did. Alexa did the best job on our hair! Ive been waiting years for someone to cut my hair the way I ask and she really nailed it! I highly recommend this salon.

Great experience and way to pamper yourself. I go here for special occasions to kick my hair up a notch. They also serve you wine or mimosas. Staff is very friendly and does a great job making your hair look exactly as you want.
