I arrived at 4:20pm (no wait) to get a mani with shellac nail polish. The girl doing my mani dips my fingers in a bowl of water for about a minute or two than proceeds to push my cuticles back dry without any lotion or oils. She then butchers my long fingernails into little stubs. Files my actual skin and then moves me to the shellac table. She paints the shellac on and it is see thru with ripples. She calls for a man, "Help!" He comes over and paints a third coat, states that the polish is a brand new bottle and this happens because it was applied to thick but once he applies the top coat and it dries it will be fine. Once the process was completed he says it is fine and I need to pay. It was completely ruined at this point. I told him I wasnt going to pay for messed up nails. He grabs a bowl and sits it in front of me telling me that I need to soak it off then. At this point it was 5:25pm, I told him I had to be North before 6pm to pick up my children that I didnt have time to soak the polish off. He tries to grab my hand and file the polish off!!! I ask for the owner, he states she is up front. I gather my belongings as he is yelling at me across the entire salon that Im not coming back. I state that I dont want to come back due to their lack of ability to perform a basic mani with shellac. The owner states I need to pay now and come at a different time to get it fixed. I told her that I was going to go to Luxury Nails and have them fix their mistake since I was unable to walk around public like this. She states I pay or it gets removed. I again reiterated my time constraints stating I was willing to pay 50%. She states no that the service needs to be removed. I told her she had 1 minute to mess them up even more and I had to go. She literally took the drill and drilled the top of every one of my fingernails ! I have never been treated so rudely. I wasnt trying to receive free services. I went to this salon 2 weeks prior and only had shellac done with no manicure because they were cheaper than Luxury Nails (as they have raised their prices again). The really good looking guy did my nails, which did start peeling off after only 3 days. My shellac typically lasts for 3 weeks! Huge difference! I was willing to give them a second chance. After this horrible experience, I guess some things you cant go cheap on! There was no need for such poor service, as I was very professional about the entire situation. This could be why both times I was at the salon it was completely dead with myself and maybe two others there.

I do not recommend this place. I was told when I arrived it would be a 10-15 min wait only to be seated at an empty station for another 5 minutes. I asked how much longer only to not be talked to. I got up and walked out stating I would never be back here again. My friend from work also was there who had an appointment at 11 and was not seated until 15 minutes later only to be started by someone else. The tech that had her scheduled then took over 20 minutes later. Its not a very professional environment as most of the girls had clothes that didnt fit or were stretch paints, not flattering or professional. I will tell everyone I know not to go there. I could have made other arrangements had I known there was going to be a 30 - 40 minute wait.

Worse nail salon ever told I wanted pink tips before they touched my nails. So after fillin paid 28 plus tipped the gal 4 bucks. She then proceed to painting my nails and started painting the whole nail pink. I say I told you tip only pink. She then says it will be another 5 dollars. I dont think so I say. Then talk with person in charge and person says people change their mind all the time i did not change my mind. And says to do tips only would be another 5 dollars. I leave with unpainted nails this is bs. Never coming to this nail salon again and never would recommend it to anyone.

Magic Nail Spa is by far the BEST salon i have been to in a long time. I went there for my bridal party and my brides maids had no complaints what so ever!!! Each person was extremley nice. My nails have never looked better, and have never lasted this long. There were more than enough pedicure chairs my brides maids and my self. Andy did my nails and he was very curtious, tentative, and professional. I recommand MAgic Nails to any one who wants the best expirence they have ever had at a nail salon. My girls and I go there every other week.

I got here and after me 4 others arrived. All four people including and eyebrow were taken before me. Not to mention that I CALLED AHEAD to ask if they were busy (I was told no) and have them put my name down. They didnt put my name down and they were fairly busy. I wasnt so much as even noticed until I had been there for about an hour and complained. Then I was given so bs excuse but NO apology. Not impressed at all. I do not recommend.

I went to this nail salon last week with my entire bridal party. First off the pedicure spa machine was broken and the employee yelled and blamed a bridesmaid. The service was horrible and unfriendly. The employees were fighting with eachother. Overall if you want to spend $120 on a full set and pedicure that chips after 4 days then this place is perfect for that. I suggest going somewhere else. Dont waste your time or money.

i have been here since theyre open. They are great to me, treated my great. Never have a problem with them. If my toes or hands chip off within a week they fix it for me with no charge. They are always busy for a reason. Their nails lasted pretty long, and their pedicure are awesome. I had my pedicure done elsewhere and they are not the same. ITS RELAXING!!!! You have to get to know them.. They are great ppls..

I get my nails done there all the time its amazing. And the people work very hard to please you. Because they sure did please me and and inside looks like a place that you want to stay at forever and every. Person who walks in there they greet and welcome! And who wouldnt want that?

I called and asked if they could give me a discount because I am involved with BBBS and have a little that would like to get her nails done. They said no we would not do anything like that. :( Maybe I will give them a second chance in the future.

I was here the last Saturday got my nail done by Monday morning my nails we all chip they said that the use gel on my nail but I doubt it, I will never you heat me never will come back to this place and the have the nerves to get upset
