They fried my hair on my last visit. No wonder the owners assistant at that time seemed a little frantic when she checked on how the color was going and rushed to speak to the stylist/owner. She came back and put keratin on my hair where I wasnt there for keratin treatment but it didnt make a difference. I should have made this review years ago but I didnt want to ruin their name until I randomly meet a women and said that they did the same thing to her hair and I felt terrible since she recently had the experience. I felt that if I made the review after it happened I probably stop her from going or made a difference in going to this place.

Ive had my hair cut and colored in Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Seattle, San Francisco, and Chicago. None of these experiences ever came close to the quality of color and style that I receive from Sonia and Raffelle. Raffelle is a master stylist like no other. He constantly surprises me with new changes that always make my hair look Fabulous. Plus, they pamper each customer with a complete rejuvenating experience that you dont find in Salons any more. This team of professionals are truly one of the best.

I have visited supposedly THE BEST Salons all over Atlanta. About 4 years ago, I found Sonia and Raffaele at Nuance Salon in Roswell! I have Strawbery Blonde hair and he does the THE BEST color EVER!! No one could make the color look natural and now people stop and ask me often who does my hair. I am a Realtor and want my hair to look its best all the time.........and IT DOES!! Raffaele is a MASTER at cutting and doing color. His hair cuts are 5 Star!! I will never go to another else!!

Liked the salon..nice atmosphere, staff not very friendly. Downfall.....no one at salon ever called to confirm appointment nor did anyone ever let me know my stylist had changed their scheduled and after "I" called to verify my appt that is when they informed me my stylist scheduled had totally changed. Needless to say they couldnt work me in....

This is a beautiful salon with exceptional service. The owner/stylist is superb and is an expert at coloring and style. The salon is also beautifully decorated and like no other I have seen. This salon is definitely worth a visit!
