The staff at Karisma Salon are fabulous!!! All the stylists are so talented! I have wanted extensions for so long and Kelly E. (my stylist) did not want to do it because it would damage my hair. She knew how bad I wanted long hair and found Dream Catcher extensions that are safe for natural hair. Now I have beautiful long hair and everyone that sees me thinks it is my hair!! Plus, she is awesome at coloring hair. It is hard to find a stylist you trust, but I trust every single stylist at Karisma. Plus, it is such a fun and friendly place to go. Everyone is always smiling and so friendly. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!

I would not take my dog, thanks to Brea my son cannot show his face in public, if your looking for a horrible hair cut go see Brea because from what I have seen the young girls there are more worried about boyfriends and getting to leave early and whos getting the Jimmy John cookies than making sure they do a good job, I just want to say thanks to this horrible place with pathetic employees for completely messing up my sons 18th birthday.

I was really excited to try this place. But sadly, I was very disappointed in the service I received. The stylist wasnt friendly at all. She gossiped with her neighbors and chatted with them while cutting my hair. The only thing she said to be was how I wanted my hair cut and how will I be paying. Being a small business owner myself, I value customer service. Very disappointed. I wont be back
