I did not have a pleasant experience at this particular Goodyear location. This location gave an $900.00 summary of thing I needed done to my car, but did not complete what I actually went in for! My technician that day was James K. I went to the shop on November 8, 2013 for the winter care package which consists of a conventional oil change (I paid the extra $20 for synthetic) , tire rotation, and they are supposed to top off all fluids. Well, here I am one week after getting my car serviced and I go to use wiper fluid and there is barely any to actually spray onto my windshield. As you can imagine, I was wondering how could be out fluid only a week later. Well, as it turns out they did not top off my windshield washer fluid. I called the shop to see if it was supposed to be included and the person I manager told me it was. I asked the manager why would I have to fill my car with nearly an entire gallon of washer fluid when my car was serviced a week ago. His reply was that they were out that day (even though I didnt tell him the exact day I was there). I asked why was I not told that this at the time of service and he said he didnt know! If they did that without telling me it makes me question if they completed the rest of the work as they were supposed to including actually giving me synthetic oil. At this point I doubt it. To add insult to injury, they broke the holster for my hood support rod. My technician that day was James K. If you go here you may want to make sure he is not the one servicing the car. Needless to say, I will be taking my service elsewhere.

We have used this facility for wuite a while thinking that they were doing a good job repairing our vehicle. Our suv started making a strange noise so we took it in to the office on Shoppes Lane and was told that its probably just a pulley and nothing to worry about. That didnt sound right to us so we went to the dealership for a second opinion and have found out that Goodyear cracked the engine when installing the timing belt two yrs ago and didnt use authorized parts, and cracked the crank pulley. Now the entire engine has to be replaced. I talked to Kevin thr manager and was essentially given excuse after excuse and even blamed for the damage. I spoke to Kevin Walden the District Manager and that was a waste of time because he cant yake ownership for his district so i am pursuing it higher up. Save yourself the time and money and go somewherr else

They are horrible liars!! I went in for a simple oil change at 12:34pm and I didnt get called back until 2pm.. When they finally called me they told me that my vehicle had a leak and were trying to make me sign a waiver like I am dumb and wouldnt read it first. My vehicle is in perfect working condition I know what it looks like when a drain plug is loose. I also know what smears look like. They tried to play me like I was dumb. My husband and I work on cars. I would have changed it myself but it was a Sunday and I didnt have time and my husband was at work. They literally try to take advantage of women thinking we know nothing about cars!! Im PISSED right now!! I will never go there again!! And If you are a woman reading this take a guy with you or they will try to get over on you.

I stopped in for the first time on 11/25 to see about getting my oil changed on my 2014 Ford Fusion 2.5L with 40,000 miles. This would have been my 5th oil change for this car. I asked how much it would cost and the salesman proceeded to tell me that my car used 6 liters of synthetic oil. I informed him that both were incorrect, that it used 5 liters of conventional oil. He went out to check the engine and still maintained that it took 6 liters of synthetic. He refused to sell me conventional. He told me the price, which was twice as high as I normally pay so I left. I will not be back. The specs sheet clearly shows my car uses 5 liters of conventional. I wonder how many other people hes tried to screw over.

When I first went up there to get tires on my car the price and service was good . I went up there one Sunday for a oil change 2 hours before 6 pm . They told me they couldnt change the oil they where all booked up there where nobody waiting in the waiting room or cars in the parking lot they told me they can change my oil Monday. I can go anywhere get my oil change on Monday.I gave them one more chance got tires for my pickup truck charge a high price said I got a discount .I told them I needed a alignment they put the set of tires on the truck and didnt do the alignment.I had them take the truck check the alignment.They said the alignment good.I dont believe them

My husband took his car here for a inspection/diagnostic due to a noise he wss hearing from the front of the car. They took the car in the back and came back with nothing wrong with the car. My husband then advised them the car was making a loud clanking/vibration noise to the front of the car. They looked at the car again and basically handed my husband back the keys. They said it was something wrong with the drive train and he would have to take it to the dealer. Not a week later, the car was broke down on the side of the road, un-driveable. Had the drive shaft broken out while he was driving on the interstate, he might be dead.

Bought some tires from tire rack and had them shipped to this location. The team was unaware of their own pricing. Demanded I pay extra for services that I didnt want. When I picked the car up, I noticed it had 9 additional miles on the odometer! (typically, I take a quick picture anytime I drop the car off). Went back in and asked whats the typical mileage on their test route, they said a few. They denied that they put 9 miles on the car. Nothing like joyriding in someone elses 370z. Im not coming back and I tell everyone I know not to go to this place.

I purchased tires somewhere else and when complaining to that company that my tires were causing my steering wheel to wobble they told me my wheels were out or round and that was the problem. I went to Goodyear and asked them to look at them, we went for a ride, the tech then inspected the tires and spun them or turned them on the wheels which almost completely resolved the issue, he also checked the wheels and they were not out of round. Im glad I went there and plan to go back. I had some other work done there also and am satisfied.

When I say this company has been good to me, its the truth! They fixed my car and went well beyond their call of service. Their prices are remarkable! Just walking in the door you know they care! The atmosphere is very serene and comforting. Knowing that I have a repair shop that is very knowledgeable and efficient to care for my truck is consoling. Being a woman going to repair shops can often times be distressing, but I tell you this Goodyear is the complete opposite! If you pass it by youll be missing out!
