I was sent here by a friend who found them via Angies List after I was burned by a couple of other shops. They were brusque, but told me what was wrong. They explained what needed to be done in a non-condescending way. The actual cost ended up being $1029.00, I was quoted closer to $1100.00. I was happy with that. Ive NEEVR had the actual come in lower than the quote. They found parts for less than they thought and passed it on to me. They had to keep the car overnight, but kept me updated as to estimated time of finishing- that part DID take a few hours longer than anticipated. They arent open evenings or weekends, which is too bad, but I get it. Neither is my job. The shop is neat and clean. The waiting room is open, but isnt anything to write home about. Id walk next door to Shortys for a beer and a slice of pizza. All in all, I am happy with my experience and will be going back. So will my husband.

Ive only been here once, so I dont have a lot to go on. But from that one experience; Ill keep going back. Professional, competent, educated. Ill rate it better if I ever need to go back. As it stands, Ill go back when the need arises. This place has my best regards. All I had done was a flush of my cooling system and replacing of the reservoir. They found the best price for the reservoir and their labor cost was below standard. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.
