I am so disappointed with this place. We took my Toyota Sienna in on November 28, 2016 because I heard a squealing in what I thought was the rear brakes. They checked the brakes and told us the rear brakes were fine. Deferring to their expertise we decided to trust them and believe that the rear brakes were fine, however the squealing noise was annoying so we decided to have the front brake pads changed. Fast forward to about a week ago, Jan 7, 2017. My car started making a terrible grinding noise every time I was braking. We brought it into the shop today and found out that my rear brakes (the ones they told me were fine a little over a month ago) are metal on metal! Now I had to pay not just for rear brake pads but for new rotors. I believe it is all this shops fault. On top of that I paid for front brake pads which werent the problem at all. I truly believe that I would have only had to replace the rear brake pads back in November if they had diagnosed the problem correctly. Now I have had to pay much more money than if they had correctly diagnosed the issue initially. Please stay away from Brake Masters and do not give them any business. They did nothing to make this right! They just charged us for the service. I am close by and plan to tell everyone I know never to use them and the one who recommended them, to stop. I believe we were cheated through incompetence or it could have been a mistake. Regardless, the failure to take responsibility is the worst part of the whole experience. You dont treat customers that way.

I recommend this place. They did a great job for me! I had brake problems on my pickup and went to a Goodyear store. Although I do not think the Goodyear guys were crooks, after 4 attempts to get my brakes to stop vibrating it became apparent that fixing brakes is not Goodyears thing. I rolled the dice and found this place on the internet and they had it fixed in about one hour while I waited in the lobby. It only cost $60 to turn the rear drums and correct the problem! I left very pleased.

Went there and get my annual tune up...I was surprised since the price was so low and reasonable ($103), they changed my spark plug and wires...What impresses me the most is the speed of service, they got it done in an hour....Also, they didnt try offering me or selling me some bullshit service I dont need...they just performed the tune up exactly like I instructed them to do..They seem honest and friendly, I will be back for sure.

I went in for an oil change on June 29, 2016 and on July 3, 2016 my car broke down on the highway, and would not start up for anything. I checked my oil and the dipstick was bone dry. I opened a claim with my insurance company, and when they inspected my car they found no oil in the engine at all! I called Brake Master over and over again explaining this to them, and they refused to do anything about it.

This place is great. It looks a little shabby, but the guys are honest. I left my truck with them to diagnose a vibration and they didnt try selling me any unnecessary parts or labor. They stayed 30 minutes after closing to wait for me while I was stuck in traffic. Very cool of them. Also, if you need to pickup a rental, theres an Enterprise within walking distance.

These guys are honest and knowledgable! Quick, cheap oil changes, and you can stay in your car. They dont hassle you for a new air filter or additional work every time either. But of course you ought to change your air filter once in a while. Ive been going there for years and trust them 100%.

Great place. The people are very sincere and give good quality service. The prices are very reasonable and they deliver. I moved here recently and a friend recommended I go here and it was well worth it. I got my starter replaced here and they did a good job.
