I have been going to this location for several years now. I love Lynn and Eddie. They are so awesome. They get it done right the first time. They have replaced the transmission in my 1996 Honda as well as several other minor repairs. I recently brought them my 2012 Nissan Rogue and was delighted with the results. It felt brand new again. This location has the best customer service and I love that they know and remember me. I have never felt like they have over charged me, I am always satisfied with their work. Even when I am being picky and think I hear things, they are patient with me, check it out and put my worries to rest. Best thing is Eddie never tries to talk me into services I dont need. I love the additions of the cats they rescued recently. Great way to give back to the community. They had them fixed and got them medical necessities and provide them safe shelter from the elements. Overall, it is so hard to find honest people who are really in the business of taking care of their customers. Here you find everything together, Great Service, Great Work!!! As a repeat customer, I highly recommend them. Not only do they take care of my Honda, now they are looking after my Nissan. I never have to worry about the dependability of my vehicles. With 2 small children this is priceless. Love you guys! Jess To Note: I just noticed the post from Alaina Smith. I find this interesting because I was in the lobby when she came in. Contrary to her post, she clearly stated that her warranty issue was from a different Aamco and she was too busy (I say too lazy) to take it back. The same cat that she is complaining about she stood there and pet her entire visit. In addition, unbeknownst to her, she is not the only person that is alive on this planet. She got upset because there was not a lift immediately available for her and when she snapped her fingers no one danced. As a human being observing her actions she should be ashamed of how she conducts herself. I would be embarrassed of her if she was my daughter. Her vocabulary consisted of vulgarities and she treated everyone like they were beneath her. It would be my suggestion that she learn how to communicate with others, get off her high horse and treat others like she would like to be treated. She needs a reality check. I felt sorry for Lynn and Ed having to deal with her. It was embarrassing the way she behaved, esp. as a grown woman...

I was towed to this location as it was close to my house. My starter had gone out. They kindly put one in CE100 starter. Part cost 268. 5 months later I had problems starting my car. Had my car check at an Auto Zone, was told starter was OK. So I went to my mechanic to see what in the starter system did not work. They did a though diagnostic and found the starter was indeed at fault. They are located in Sandy Springs. They replaced it. They gave me the part PAC280-3013 NIPPONDENSO starter, made specifically for my honda. Price cost 249. I was told this should last me over 100K. I wanted to get a refund for original starter from AAMCO, at least the starter itself as I had the actual part with me. . NO GO. First, I was told that it was past the 3 MO warantee. Then I was told that if I had taken it back there , they would have done replace it after I stated I hadnt even reached the 9K. In fact I only traveled 3.5K miles. AAMCO warantee was 3 months OR 9K, not the USUAL MINIMUM 12 MO OR 12K The best thing for a business is to keep their customers happy. To admit fault when it is there problem. Not even an apology was made to me. I have put 2 starters in within a 5 month period. There is something wrong with that. AAMCO could have gotten credit for their part. Had the defective starter with me, yet I was denied a refund. They found a faulty connection in starter solenoid at my mechanics. . Dont go there if you except any type of customer service if something goes wrong. Their warantee system for starters is way off the standard. I thought what could go wrong with a starter so I went there. How wrong I was. I will be reporting to BBB as with part in hand, they could have at least given me a refund for the part. Jodi Silver

As a token of my appreciation and desire to help others, I want to share a summation of my transmission experience, Ive driven Lexus cars virtually trouble free for over 25 years....so having a transmission issue was a jolt to the system. After 3 physical transmission diagnoses, 3 additional telephone consultations, googling and searching my brain for answers, I decided to take the leap with this particular Aamco. Why? The quick answer is Eddie, the owner. Although my experience with Eddie was transmission related, Eddie strikes me as person youd want to consult with on any issue. Car repairs, life, etc. Most transmission repair companies I spoke with were very nuanced about repair options and noncommittal about repair costs. This is not whats needed by a customer who is already stressed and anxious. Most importantly, no one made me "feel" right about the issue like Eddie did. As an ER Nurse, Real Estate Broker and Marine Corps Veteran, I think I have very discerning intuition about people. Eddies genuineness comes through. He presented me with understandable options and prices associated with each. Lets face it, transmission repair is not cheap, but market forces dictate heavily what the costs are. Repair shops do not directly control price, but they can control the quality of work and through their customer service efforts, they can have an enormous effect on how the customer feels about his/her experience. Eddie understands this concept quite well. Final verdict: My car was restored to its previous state, on time, at a fair price.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! I dont know if he was trying to take advantage because I was a woman but he tried to scan me. I took my car in for a diagnostic check and I was told the clutch was bad (my car is not a stick) and they can rebuild my transmission for $1500 but if they remove my transmission & find other parts need to be replaced it would be more. 2 days later I get a call b/c they have removed it & found a lot more wrong with it so now it will cost $2500 to rebuild. $425 for the labor of removing it if I didnt want them to fix it. I went there & ask them for the transmission that was removed & I was informed they sent it off to get the correct parts that would fit. While Im inside talking to the owner Eddie, my friend go to my car & start it, raised the hood & my transmission is still in my car, they never took it out to see if anything was wrong but you want to charge me $2500. Now the owner has nothing to say! IM SO PISSED!!! Thank GOD I had a man there to go look at my car because I wouldve took that CROOKs word & paid him.

WARNING!!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR!! Had car towed in the beginning of December to aamco and they told me I needed a new engine. My car has 84,000 miles on it and they told me they could replace the engine with one that had 98,000 miles... they told me the total would be $4,100. After I talked to the owner we arranged for me to make my first payment in January. January 5th. My mother receives a letter from statewide towing saying my car has been towed and will be up for auction if I dont pay. Now Im confused cause I talked to the actual owner and he specifically told me to contact him in January so we could start payments. Looking at the letter sent to my mom, they towed my vehicle away from aamco the 21st of December. Now this is a breach of trust and I will be looking into legal action. A fair warning, just take your business elsewhere!!!
