Go find some other business that values you as a customer with how they treat you. The good: They have a childrens play area upstairs that is air-conditioned with the TV and toys, which is the reason I decided to go here initially. The bad: Forgotten repairs specified explicitly by the customer: while there the last time, a customer came in to pick up his truck only to find out that all four tires were replaced with new mud tires, but they forgot to do an oil change which the customer had explicitly requested. Lack of communication and/or respect for the customer: Upon the very first time of me asking how much longer it would be, the head salesman barked (with attitude) "How long ago did they pull your car around?", and he never actually answered the question with a length of time in minutes or hours. He couldve simply stated, "Im not sure. Let me go check on that for you." and accompanied this answer with a time of completion. He was also defensivee in subsequent conversations until I got mad and told him what I thought of him. Lost keys to a customers vehicle: while I was there last, one of the workers left and ran off with the keys for a car that had been dropped off there, and no one could track down the worker with the key. Disregarding the wishes of the customer: I requested my manual transmission be filled up with Redline MT90 after the transmission flush because my transmission is slightly rough on transitions, and I did extensive research to find out that it would help my car. When I mentioned redline to the guy he looked up at me and said theyll put whatever it calls for into it. Same scenario when I asked about MobileOne oil. I grew up in the automotive in motorcycle salvage industry, so I understand fully that there are a lot of crazy, off-the-wall, idiot customers out there. However, when someone walks into your place of business requesting something that they are willing to pay for, you sell it to them… Especially when its a good product like Redline or MobileOne. Just plain slow to move: my car set in the lot for 15 minutes after it was done before the salesman actually walked out front to take my money. I tried to walk into the garage to find the salesman, but they were all in the back doing something…just not actually working. Its Atlanta. Go find a better place to spend your money.

I took my GTI to get the front struts replaced and wheels aligned. The quote was pretty much the same as some of the other shops; 3 hrs labor + parts for struts and $80 for alignment. I wanted to get OEM parts installed, so i got my own parts and although they said it wasnt their usual practice to install parts not sourced through them, they said theyll make an exception for me. I noticed that the outer bellow on the left CV joint had come out and asked if that can be replaced as well (i got the parts). I expected it to be replaced during the strut replacement, but was quoted a full 2 hours extra labor. It doesnt take too long to get the CV joint out and replace the bellow, which is a rubber mount to shield the joints, particularly when the struts are getting replaced. That left a bad taste, as I felt the shop wanted to milk as much as possible, given that I did not procure the struts from them. Also, when the car was inspected earlier, I was told that replacing the struts would bring my alignments within specs. However the caster was still in red, and I was told nothing can be done about it. I am not mechanically inclined, but it helps a lot to do your research; find out whats the issue, what it takes to get fixed; parts required; typical hours for labor; compare shops, etc, so you can get your moneys worth. Google/Youtube are a great source. I have been driving the car, and it has been driving fine, which translates that they did a good job; But the customer experience and pricing leaves much to be desired.

I came in and took my wifes 2010 honda fit after it was wrecked. She ran the car up on a curb and cracked a rim messed up a second rim, and bent and moved alot of other parts under the car. The sales team there looked over my car well and diagnosed the car correctly. We decided to put aftermarket rims on the car as a single rim from honda was way more expensive than it was to replace all four rims with aftermarket rims. I had been wanting to do this anyways on my wifes car anyways so this was an easy out for me. After replacing the bent and broken parts we were able to leave safely and with a proper riding car once again. Since this repair I will always bring my vehicles to these guys. they were able to repair my vehicle under what my insurance deductible would have been and made sure I was comfortable the entire process. if I could give 10 stars I would A++++ service

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went in for a transmission flush next I knew my car is messing up. I took my car back to see what was wrong they have a sales person who tried to tell me every thing is wrong with my car and when I didnt agree they surrounded me with three men and told me they were a family owned business and they were the experts. I was told I needed my spark plug changed. They said the plugs would be 20$ a piece and it would be 280$ and that was the cheapest plugs they had. I spent a total of 400$ over a month and my car is running worst then before they touched it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Like done one else said RIP OFF ARTIST!

Two weeks ago, I awoke to a flat tire on my vehicle. Upon calling roadside assistance the gentleman advised me to go to Dekalb Tire. From start to finish I was impressed. The gentlemen who greeted me at Dekalb Tire and Automotive Service was patient, kind and extremely professional. I left my car there and grabbed a bite to eat, literally ten minutes later he called me and informed me he could not patch my tire but they could replace the tire with a better one. From start to finish the entire process took 30 minutes. I will definitely go back there and recommend them any chance I get.

Ive been taking both of our family vehicles, my mother and mother-in-laws vehicles here for four years now. Ive always been happy with the work and Ive never had to take a vehicle back for the same issue twice. David, the manager, was gone for a little while and although the work was still great, I did not feel the same. David treats us like family. He remembers things like our kids ages and what we do for a living. I wont take our cars anywhere else based on how well we are treated. Not to mention their prices are always well below industry standards!

Went there to get an alignment. Over the phone was quoted $80 which is on the high side for most shops. They are close to where I live and said they could do it right away so I went. Once they got it up on the rack they told me now it would be $200 so I left as fast as I could. I was the only customer there so I guess everyone else had a similar experience. Stay away from this "shop"
