This shop only want to deal with uneducated car owners. Beware, they WILL try to rip you off! Rude customer service over the phone. Was bothered to give me a breakdown of parts vs labor for alternator replacement. Quoted me a price of $315 for the alternator (which is crazy expensive) then cut me off when I asked about what they charge for labor per hour. She answered my question with "do you want to make an appointment?" when I said "not yet" she basically hung up on me. I still dont know what they charge for labor. Whatever they feel like I guess?!?

Ive been a Lexus, Toyota and Honda owner for 20yrs and have always had my cars dealer maintained. Over a year ago when a local Lexus dealer told me how many expensive repair issues I needed I began looking for a second opinion. My son recommended seeing Josh the Mgr at T3 Decatur. When Josh looked closely at my Lexus his honest analysis revealed that only an oil chg was needed. For now on I only trust T3 to work on my cars. They are honest and fair priced. Ask for Josh he will take very good care of you.

Both my husband and I brought our Infinitis-2011 QX 56 and 2007 G35 in for service. Josh was very knowledgeable and also did a thorough assessment of both vehicles and recommended half of what the dealership did. The dealership was going to charge me over $1,000.00 to replace my windshield wiper motor. Josh fixed it in 2 minutes! I have historically taken my vehicles to the dealership for service but will only go here now.

I have 1992 G-20. I recently became aware of T3 in Scottdale. The break lights would not turn off. Called T3 for advice - should I fix or dump the car? Talked to Josh and he explained the likely problem and offered a simple way to fix it at home - it worked! I am surprised that honesty and free advice still exist in the automobile repair business! Thank You Josh!

My experience was horrible, this location was understaffed yet still taking on customers causing very lengthy delays. The young lady up front shouldnt be as shes very very unknowledgeable passing false info about my car. Closed down completely for 1 1/2 hrs to go to lunch but 1 month behind on service. Not professional:-(

Went in twice to have odd sounds diagnosed. No work needed to be done at the time, and they were honest about it and sent me on my way free of charge. I have been sure to return for all of my tune ups, oil changes, and maintenance needs and always receive friendly and quick service!

T-3 Auto gives amazing service. I had a check engine light, and Robert sent me to Toyota to see if it was still under warrantee. It was out of warrantee by just a month, so I came back and T-3 fixed up the problem. This is a great place to go, highly recommended.
