I just received the worst customer service in the world from the Meinekee in Decatur. I was there at 8:45 am an left at 6:20 pm when my alternator arrived there at 11am. I was told 1 labor charge of $237.50 Saturday, then Steve said $190 for the part and $370 for the labor. An when I get there he said my part is $290 unless I wait another day. Then he said $52 for tax total $712. When the work was completed my labor on 1 part said $390 then another part said $465.00 and I was charged for another part shop supplies $13.95. The manager Steve was very rude and unprofessional. He told the worker to leave my battery as is and get her a$$ out of here since she dont appreciate the free part he put on my battery and when I look at my receipt he charged me for it and over charged me on the labor. The battery was missing the nuts and was not attached completely when I lifted the hood of my car. I live 6 miles away from the place and my car cut off as soon as I got home I called them back and the other manager Tony was very kind and came to my home and put the missing part on my battery. Steves actions could have caused me to get in a serious accident if my car would have cut off on the expressway and I will be filing a complaint with the Headquarters about him.

I came here to get a transmission replaced in Jan and paid for a rebuilt one every month i had to bring my car in to be looked it reqarding the transmission. Each time they said its not the transmission it was something else but my car continued to jerk and not accelerate, then in june the transmission just went out and my car would not even move forward. I broke down on the interstate and had to tow it to them out of my own pocket bc the transmission is under warranty. They have had my car for 3 weeks they havent did anything to accommodate my situation, but remind me i have a balance there. I came in 3 wks later to get it and the car was smoking inside and out but they had the nerve to have a attitude. This has been the worst experience ever.

I just relocated from NJ in Dec. Amazing the day I arrived something went wrong Took it to the closest meineke. I think the Guy name is Steve. He explained what was going on. I honestly felt something was still off. I called he said not a problem bring it in. no obligations. I dunno. Steve apologized and we got the job done. Not only he explained he brought me to my vehicle broke it down to me. Made me safe. I was a loyal customer since. Also the guy that worked on my vehicle was no longer there. Cause I went in shortly for an oil change. Every time I go its positive and Honesty. My vehicle was in good hands too bad I had to move. Thank your services

Never had a problem with this location and have been coming here for years and have always received great customer service. Unlike other car care centers, they always try to get me the most feesable price and value. I will put off getting work done anywhere else just so that I can come here because I know they are fair and will not take advantage of a young unsuspecting driver like myself who knows very little about auto mechanics. Theyre open in their communication and produce quality work and service. Ted, Steve, Tony, and the rest of the crew, AWESOME!

The managers here are very polite and attentive considering the high volume of customers. I came in to check the AC on my car and the noise the car was making. I was grateful they were able to see what was wrong with my car in a timely manner. They were able to fix my AC, brakes, and tell me exactly why my car was making this loud noise. I also signed up for the credit card so I would be able to get my car repairs done the same day!! I will definitely go back to this location. Thanks Meineke!

I went in for a oil change and asked them to check my brakes and they sabatoged my back breaks to the point where it was unsafe to drive and they said that I needed to have my brakes done by them for $200 after I told them I had someone to do my brakes. They are just trying to make you spend unnecessary money with them by breaking or messing up something that was never wrong with the car. While in there 2 others complained about other things going wrong after service from here

Awesome customer service and reliable! They were attentive to the needs of my car. I came in for an oil change and they did a free inspection in a reasonable time. This location must be under a new management which is a great improvement from the last time I was there. I will highly recommend my friends and family members and I will go back to be serviced at this meineke again.

I called ahead and they told me there was no wait for an oil change. I get there 10 minutes later and they said less than an hour just for an oil change. Ive been waiting over an hour, and my car is still not done. Then their oil change prices have gone up, and the price that was quoted to me is higher now because my vehicle needs 6 quarts of oil....wont be back here again!

They flirt instead of do the job right on your car. My wheel was missing a lugnut after they say they put the wheels on and balanced them. Plus they werent screwed on tight . My wheel could have came off while driving on the expressway. Go to another company other then this one.

Worse damn meineke. You can cum as soon as they open n they will have a hour to 2 hours wait time before they even begin to work on your vehicle. Customer service was very rude with the attitude of not wanting to be there.. Will never ever ever ever go to this location again
