2002 BLK Camry 2000 Ford F-150 (Not lately) My family has been taking our vehicles to this location for close to a decade now. The repairs are timely, the requested cost for repairs is fairly priced and the staff is attentive. Overall, reliable (experienced) location and they wont lie to your face or repair something that doesnt/never needed to be touched. If you dont like being fooled by your local dealership (whatever your vehicle may be), take it to Alpharetta Service Center. Theyll treat you and your vehicle with respect. And their chairs are comfy enough to sleep on, should you have no way to get home. ^_^

Literally could not ask for a better place to take my cars! Oil changes, tune-ups, repairs. Dave the Manager is straight forward and honest. Guy has been there for 20+ years. Mark the master mechanic knows his stuff and takes the time to make sure youre aware and educated...also he is just a flat out great guy! Reality...hard to find people you can trust to service your cars but I can send my wife here with one of the cars without hesitation. There are at least 15 service centers closer to home but we pass them all to come here. Great people, great service, great price!

I went in to have my rotors replaced and to take a look at an issue I had with my engine. At no point did it feel like the guys there were trying to push some kind of service on me that was unnecessary or expensive and all I had to pay for was the rotors work which fair-priced. James (the service manager) even suggested I call his cell phone should I have any problems with the car. Ill have no second thoughts about coming back here for any future car repair needs!

I appreciate Alpharetta Service Center for their honesty and willingness not to charge you for a repair that is not necessary. I took our 2000 Jeep there for an inspection regarding what we thought to be a problem. No problem was found. There was no charge for the service and we have not experienced the same problem since. James made it very clear to let them know if the problem happened again.

Talk about customer service! My truck got towed here late in the afternoon and they started working on it immediately. I thought I would be out of work for the rest of the week. When I got a phone call at 7:30am letting me know it was ready to go I was shocked! They really came through for me.

I had very good overall experience with Alpharetta Service Center. They do stand by NAPA 24 month part/labor warranty as advertised. I had car AC issue came up again after 1 year and they took care of it with no charge as part of 24 months warranty.
