Dont even know where to start! Literally walked off street into shop looking for new place to take care of my Legendary Tripple Black 98 W140 S Class (LWB) . My German mechanic for past several years (Avondale) retired without warning. Talk about being in a panic to find a new shop to care for my non- smoke, garage kept, rarely driven in rain Benz. Lets start with Jacob, the owner; Forgot to mention with 170,000 miles, it was time for a new tranny and coincedentially I was having a new roof put on my home. I introduce myself to Jacob, pitch my car, how much it means to me and i like what I see, lm even getting a warm vibe from you and Ill give you a shot to earn my business, but its going to have to wait several weeks( gotta take care of wife and kids first) This new roof thing! I left thinking, hes probably thinking hell never see me again!! Well, about 6 weeks later i show up with car on flatbed. From that moment it was the beginning of the "finest and most professional "service Ive ever experienced. From getting to know him and staff, treating me like an old friend and customer for years, making me feel at home, and most importantly providing me the most satisfactorily pricing to replace the transmission. When i say I felt like royalty, Im not kidding, unbelievable in this 2017 where now a days this level of service and customer service is a rare gem! If you are lucky enough to read this review, you need not look any further for a better Mecedes Shop in Atlanta period. Didnt forget you either Patrick, Jacobs front man, this young man is very well versed and knowledgeable when it comes to addressing your repair issues and recommendations. Thank you guys, you have a customer for life, and like the terminator, I will be back. Mike Brown

BEWARE! That place is a total RIP-OFF. I took my 2005 BMW 525i there because I had to jump start it every morning. Something was staying on overnight causing the battery to go dead. I left the car there, they called later that day saying the alternator and the battery was bad. I authorized the repair for $1,500. I picked up the car and drove it home. The very next day I went to start the car and battery dead same problem. I was very upset at that point, I called them. They said bring it back. I could not bring it back that day because I have to go to work. I took it early Saturday morning. I watched people came in and out while my car sitting in the parking lot. I spoke up and finally they took it in. They agreed the car still losing power. They could not figure out why. They said they needed to keep the car overnight for testing. They called me Monday saying it’s the battery cable sensor, total cost over $400. I asked them if that will fix the problem, he said he was 100% sure. Once again, I authorized the repair. Again, I have the same problem with the car. I did not bother calling them at this time. They wasted my time and my money. While I was there I asked them how much it would cost to replace the latch for gas tank cover. They quoted me for $360, I researched the problem, found out it was something very simple. I order the part for $14 and it took me less than 2 minutes to replace it. They do not know what they are doing, they are not trustworthy. Stay away. I am going to file a complaint with DeKalb county commission office

My experience with European Automotive Specialists has been absolutely outstanding! My father had been taking his 2005 vw bug to the dealership for repairs and maintenance for quite some time when he passed EAS on his way to 285. He stopped and spoke to Patrick and never looked back. That was 4 years ago! So of course when I purchased my BMW Z3 2 years ago, he immediately recommended I take it to Patrick for a complete once over. The technicians checked it from top to bottom and fixed everything that needed to be done at a very reasonable price. They are men of integrity who never over-charge. They truly care about cars and it shows in their work. It is top-notch! They take time to form relationships with their customers and go above and beyond the call of duty. When one of my repairs took longer then Patrick had originally quoted (length of time), he PERSONALLY delivered my car to my home! That quality of customer service is almost unheard of! I appreciate that they treat my "baby" like their baby. I can honestly say they have a customer for life!

I had recently purchased a 2009 Maserati Quattroporte and needed work done to repair a loose front strut. I considered the dealer but knew that they would be far away and pricey. Fortunately, I was lucky to come across European Automotive Specialists in Decatur, Georgia. The service I received was impeccable and the work on the car was excellent. The technician took a ride with me in my car, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts ordered and then had the work done in one day! And, it was significantly cheaper than the dealer quote. The car now sounds awesome! I truly am blessed to have come across European Automotive Specialists. I feel so much more comfortable that my car will always be in good hands and that I now have a friend in the business who can accommodate my worries, answer my questions and work with my crazy schedule. They even communicate by text which I think goes beyond expectations. I feel so much better!

BEWARE!!!!!! Dropped my inoperable vehicle off for a $109 diagnostic check to see why it wasnt working . Got a call stating that the mechanic needed more "TIME" to figure out what the problem was but this extra "TIME" would cost about $480.00 and it would be for diagnostic test only, meaning I wouldnt know the final repair cost (if I even decided to get the repairs done) until these expensive tests were complete. It would be irresponsible of me to pay that amount for test without knowing what my final bill would be for repairs so I declined. I was still responsible for the $109 diagnostic check which resulted in a 4 fault codes that didnt even include explanations. With the diagnostic charge + towing charges I am out of $180.00 without knowing whats wrong with my vehicle and fault codes that I could have received from Auto Zone for free. FEELING A LITTLE RIPPED OFF.

I just brought a 2013 Audi in another state and drove it home and realized something was wrong with the breaks. I took it to EAS they did a diagnosis and found out the front and back brakes and rotors were terrible. I had to wait to receive the $$ from the place I purchased it at before they could do the work, but they were really patient (especially Patrick), and under standing with me, they even let the car sit on their lot for a week without hounding me. They really looked out and negotiated a price with me and once I got the approval from the lot for them to do the work, these guys had my car finished in less than 3 hours. I will be taking my car back, they offered the same service as the audi shop, just at a more reasonable price.
