I went to this establishment today because my air conditioning unit stopped working in my vehicle. After the service I received I wish I had checked the google reviews and went elsewhere for the repair. When I arrived the service repair tech seemed nice enough so I thought I was in good hands. In fact the AC unit was repaired within three hours. When I arrived to retrieve the car after the repair was completed there was a very noticeable vibration coming from under the hood that was not there prior to the AC unit being repaired. I brought this to service repair techs attention. He was very combative and disrespectful in his response. He snatched my car keys out my hands and closed the car door in my face and drove the car into a repair bay to address what I described. After he took a look at the car he drove the car back to the front and told me that he didnt see anything and if he didnt see anything then what is there to complain about or repair. This was very unprofessional and it was my first and last time visiting this establishment. Given this behavior do not expect them to stand by their work.

Do not go here. They will try to rip you off. I had just bought a brand new 2014 truck and decided I was going to upgrade the muffler. After buying the muffler that was an exact match to the stock inlets/outlets online, I called this location to see how much it would be to simply cut out the old and weld in the new. They gave me a reasonable quote of $100 to $150 over the phone. The day I show up to have it welded in, they put the truck on the lift and the guy says it is going to be $600. I dont know if he simply didnt want to do the work since I didnt buy the muffler directly from him, but obviously he was trying to rip me off. He gave me some excuse that new hangers needed to be made, it would take around 4 hours of labor, etc. Come on man I could get my whole exhaust replaced and re-piped for under $300. Needless to say I told them to get my truck off their lift asap as I was going elsewhere. The elsewhere I went did the job in about an hour for $100 flat with a 5 year warranty on their weld. Again. DO NOT GO HERE.

I went to this place today, on Veterans Day to redeem their advertised free oil change for veterans. I had a morning appointment and when I got there I waited for an hour and was told they were too busy and to come back later or leave the car. Disappointed, I agreed to come back in the afternoon. I called ahead to confirm they could still fit me in and they said yes. When I arrived, not only did they tell me they cannot work on my car, they also tried to tell me I called a different location. No apology, no raincheck, no accountability. Thanks for wasting my day and my gas!!! I will never give them my business again. I suggest you dont either.

I called ahead of time to get a price on a 4 wheel alignment. I went there (around 1:30pm) and stood in the reception area for about 5 minutes with no one around. I walk into the garage where 2 guys were moving about. One looks at me, to whom I acknowledge. He kind of gives me a nod and then goes back to what they were doing. I waited about 5 more minutes before walking to my car and leaving. At no point in time did anyone offer to help me. My time and customer service are kind of big deals to me, so theres no reason why I would pay them for anything after that experience.

Jim from Alpharetta Meoneke saved a kittens life today! The kitten was trapped under our car, we could only hear it meowing, but could not see it. After we brought the car to Alpharetta Meineke, Jim lifted the car, located the area the meowing was coming from, took the plastic cover off and safely pulled the kitten out! Jim also gave us a temporary box-house to transport the kitten. And this was all free of charge too! Thank you Jim and Meineke for saving this little guys life!

Just the call up there was enough. I literally work down the road at pepboys and was wanting them to give me a price on 2 feet of pipe to be welded on my car to replace the exhaust cutouts. The guy on the phone amall or something like that kept interrupting me and telling me he cant give me a price. If he would of listened i need 1 foot of straight pipe welded on where my cutouts are.... not that hard to figure out.

Dont go there! Two of my pipes were rusted out on my flowmasters and came to get them replaced. Quoted me 4.5 hours ($450) to fit and weld two pipes. This is a 2 hour job tops and probably only takes these guys 1 hour to actually do. You can buy a new cat back dual exhaust and install it cheaper.
