Wanted to send a big thumbs up out to Muennich Auto Repair in downtown Mason next to the playhouse theatre. I have been looking for an HONEST and Fair mechanic for a long time and finally found one. Goodbye to all the big chain upsell auto repair shops around town. If your also looking for an honest and straight forward mechanic give them a call at 398-0251. When I went to pay Jiimmy gave me a $160.00 off my repair as he had to keep my car over the weekend :) Only complaint I can say is that they do not have weekend hours. Go see Muennich Auto repair, really good & honest guys! Have you used Muennich Auto repair and have you been satisfied with their service

We have been taking cars to Muennichs for at least 10 years; American made and imports. We feel like Sam listen to what you think is wrong and then helps find the real problem:) He maintains our regular cars and helps us keep a few special use vehicles running. We feel the prices are very reasonable, the service is usually very quick and that the repairs fix what is actually wrong on the first visit. We trust the advice we are given. Go to Muennich if you have a car, any car, that needs a little TLC or serious repair work.

I simply called for a price quote for a tune up and the guy I talked to was a smart mouthed jerk! I dont know a lot about cars other than changing oil and basic stuff, so I asked him a few questions and he was extremely unfriendly and even talked down to me like I was stupid. I have a degree, just not in car maintenance. In my field, when people ask me questions, I answer them without making people feel ignorant and in a polite manner. Terrible customer service!

Sam and his crew were so helpful. My daughter was driving across Ohio and I (her dad) live in Pittsburgh. The check engine light came on in her car. I found Muennich Auto Repair on Google Maps and called. They were able to fit us in and were waiting for my daughter when she got there. They made the repairs and had us on our way in a few hours. They were kind courteous and professional.

Ive always found the folks at Muennichs to be friendly, helpful and honest. My Subaru dealership had told me that I needed a belt replaced due to its age. Meunnichs looked it over and told me that the belt not only didnt need to be replaced, it was virtually unworn. I am confident when I bring my car in that they wont miss a problem - or tell me to "fix" something that isnt broken.

I have been working with Sam since he worked for his dad, Tom. I have always gotten great service, had great work done and felt he was always honest and upfront with me. I have owned a lot of different cars and trucks in my life and Sam was always able to fix any problem I had. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good honest mechanic.

I am here on travel and the AC in my car went out. So I found this place on the internet. They were able to make time for me and were very friendly. The repairs were a reasonable price buy more then I could afford being on vacation. Great place and honest staff. I also recommend the barber shop next door while you wait.

Everytime I take my car there, whether it be for an oil change or major repair, I receive excellent customer service, work and prices. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone who needs car service. I have never felt good walking out of a service shop until I staryed using Muennich Auto Repair.

Great shop and Sam always provides a honest diagnosis of the problem. The only time I take my car to another shop is if I need a repair during the weekend. Works best if you can drop your car and pick it up when the work is done. It pays to be patient.
