i was at the wal-mart automotive center in mcdonough on aug 15 to have a battery tested. the man who worked there , believe his name was jerimah, was so nice and helpful to me, in fact, they were about to close, and he took his time to test my battery and helped me find the right battery for my suv. I wish more people who worked for stores were friendly and helpful as he was to me. thanks

Thought I got my oil changed when I went there and paid for it. Couple of weeks later, when my oil light came on. Called my mechanic, and he told me what to look for. My mechanic then told me " They didnt change your oil." Heard from someone that used to work at a Walmart oil change, that this happens alot. NEVER EVER AGAIN !!!!

Staff was friendly but unorganized. Dropped off car for new tires and an oil change. I returned early to wait and was told the car was done. I realized as I was about to pay that the oil change was not on the order and had to wait an extra hour for it to be done.

Unorganized and insufficiently staffed as normal. They eventually get the job done and if theres a tire issue anywhere in the country, theyll fix it...eventually.
