That new manager guy just lost Chazz (owner) a 6 year loyal customer with 3 cars. Ive been coming here for All of my car maintenance and small repair work for last 6 years. And this week it all crumbled. I had to bring my car back 4 times throughout the past 6 months because my brakes kept squeaking constantly even after they replaced all 4. Come to find out I needed new rotors also. Why didnt anybody tell me when doing my brakes or the other 3 times I came back about the squeaking noise that rotors are needed also? I would have got them done at same time . This final time, when they did my rotors and an oil change, somehow they affected my battery(which was only 1.5 years old). I went back today to tell them my car is starting sluggishly and It didnt start until they did the rotors and oil change. And Im aware rotors and oil change have nothing to do with the battery. So that was even more alarming to me as to why the car started sluggish. So the manage guy immediately became offensive ( like I knew he would). What did yall do to my car? So after checking my battery he says, I need a new one. I ( a long time loyal customer ) also ask him to check my alternator and he says " I have to charge u to check that". Really after 6 years and u recently cause me the need for a new battery.... Checking everything that your guys may have caused is the least u can do. Im so done with this location. Wont even be back to get those oil changes for any of my cars. This place may be ok for the little stuff, but dont let them do any "major" work, theyll tear up your car and then make it seem like it was like that for ages...

Went to this location for a oil change. The service specialist heard my car idling high (electric throttle body light was on) and told me I probably only needed a tune up. about 3 weeks later, I have my car towed there bc the throttle body indicator cause it to basically be undrivable. Long story short, they checked out my car and told me I needed my throttle body replace. I had been researching my situation ALL DAY LONG and for my particular experience (electric throttle body light on and traction light, no check engine light), the throttle body was NOT the issue. They did NOT have an explanation for wanting to change my throttle body and telling me that there is a sensor short and/or computer problem didnt make sense to me in changing out an essentially mechanical part. I told them I needed further explanation, they told me to make a decision bc their guy "had to go and get parts". Tried to charge me almost $700! I ended up taking my car to my old mechanic across town and he indeed told me it was a computer issue and had absolutely nothing to do with my throttle body, and didnt charge me for that information. Precision charged me $75 for NOTHING. didnt even give me the codes from the diagnostic test. DO NOT GO HERE. They will take your money and will NOT fix your issue. Horrible service in my opinion. BE WARE!

Customer Service is the worse!!! My car was damage after taking it in for preventive maintenance. Had to contact the Corporate Customer Service Team to get my issue resolved and my car repaired. Once Precision Tunes Corporate Customer Service Team contacted the owner, Chaz Moore, now all of a sudden, he and his manager Larry are working to resolve my issue declaring apologies that later turn out to be pointless. Once the issue was resolved, the owner had the nerve to say he no longer wanted to do business with me. Really??? One of your technicians jacked up my car and failed to tell me! I found out when I opened the car door that there was damage! What kind of service is that! As if you were serving some sort of punishment by saying that. The decision was already made and indicated in my communication to Precision Tunes Customer Service team when contacted for resolution. Everyone I come in contact with I will tell of my experience and do whatever to deter business there.

I have been a precision auto customer for over 7yrs. I have always been satisfied until now. I am extremely money conscious so I brought in a coupon for a STANDARD oil change and I did request a rear break inspection. They gave me a more expensive oil change that I didnt ask for or was even on the coupon and charge me $20 for the break inspection. I know nothing is free but When I asked about the inspection charge he proceeded to tell me about taking on and off my tires but didnt think to tell me there was a charge before hand. Then when I asked about the oil upgrade he said he gave me a discount on it. I told him I didnt need it cuz I top of my own liquids and another place handles my tire needs do there was no point in getting the upgrade. He didnt care; he looked at me like "oh well we did the work." I paid and left but they have lost me. I will gladly drive my 2hrs to give my hard earned money to a better Precision Auto Tune.

Went for a premium oil change,ever since then my immaculate infiniti started leaking oil. Took the car back and was told it was a bolt they forgot to tighten..... Still the oil kept leaking went back and met the racist manager by the name Marshall. Who decided to give me expensive quotes without checking the car. I DO NOT recommend this place for even a basic oil change......precision tune has just lost a 19yr patron of their business. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.. This is the worst experience a customer could ever undergo. Marshall has no customer relationship shills whatsoever.Be careful on quotes you are provided as well, especially by Marshall who would quote you parts you dont need.Took my car elswhere and all it took was a $20 gasket instead of a $450 quote that Marshall theif quoted.

This was my first time at this facility. As a female, I am used to being told one thing and given another. I was surprised at the quick care and service the team provided me. They inspected my vehicle as soon as I arrived, and informed me of what services I needed. My vehicle required 2 parts that the shop did not carry, so they needed to contact an outside source to have the parts brought to the shop. I was informed of every step and every price which I greatly appreciated!!!! I was in and out the shop within an hour and a half. This was amazing. The guys in the shop were friendly and laughed with the customers which made it a cozy place to have to sit and wait for your vehicle. This is a hidden gem in Decatur. I will certainly be back.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change for the second time since Precision Tune reopened at the Wesley Chapel location and I must say, I was very impressed with the service. The renovation of the workplace was impressive as well. The overall service was great, from the person in charge down to the technicians. No pressure. After changing my oil, they simply did a detailed review under the hood and advised me of what parts they thought needed attention, (immediate or near future) and left the decision up to me. Will definitely use them again for the third time.
