TERRIBLE-WARNING! Ive always had a great experience and have used them for years with the very nice employee who used to always be there. But despite a recent and unfortunate employee change, at prom time I took my daughters dress to them for a quote on a simple alteration. I was given a quote of $25 and an ETA of 1 week for a simple hemming of a simple dress. I brought the dress again a week and a few days before the prom with my daughter and her shoes to get it pinned up to the right length. After pinning by an unqualified and rude new employee, I was told it would be $35. I argued that this was why I had gotten the prior quote earlier, that we were pressed for time now and couldnt take it elsewhere at this point. Because the quote was in the computer system the staff member agreed to take the dress and compete the job for $25. I received a call the afternoon before the dress was due back telling me that it would be $45. And if I didnt agree they just wouldnt do the job. They were holding the dress hostage and the prom was the following saturday. I had no choice but to agree, but to have the owner call me right away. I was not happy. I told them then and when I picked up the dress with an uneven hem to ask the owner to call me. HE NEVER DID. What a chicken. This is a crooked and slimy and a terrible business practice. The stupid owner is losing this loyal, regular customer over $20 and a shoddy hem job. TERRIBLE owner and rude, unprofessional new employees. Do yourself a favor. Drive the extra mile and STEER CLEAR of this SLIPPERY OPERATION.

Asked for heavy starch on my uniform shirts and to have them pressed a certain way. Neither was done correct. No starch at all on my shirts and the pressing was not even done on the sleeves of my shirts. I guess I will go home and do it my self the correct way. When asked about the cost she said " I have no control over it, I have to charge whats on the ticket". Never offered a manager or owners name or number. I will not be going back.

if you do not want to see your clothes again then this is the place to leave them. You do not have to worry about talking to the owner either because he does not answer his phone nor will he come to his business to discuss your missing items. Not sure if their cleaning services are good as I never got my clothes back. Save yourself the grief of dealing with their incompetence and lack of customer service and go somewhere else.
