Turned my shirts into them for cleaning twice. Had issues both times. The first time, I gave them my shirts - they lost them. was having someone pick them up for me. I had to go back in and describe my shirts for them to find them. When I complained about it, they started finger pointing other employees. No apologies were given. A week later, I turned those shirts in again. This time one of the shirts came back with a stain. They then had the audacity to tell me that the stain was there when I gave them my shirt the first time. The shirts were returned folded both times. The stain was impossible to miss as it was in the front, by the buttons. I would have noticed the stain when the shirt was returned the first time. This logic was completely lost on the owner/manager‎. Also the shirts were folded by different people. One of the shirts came back completely crumpled, It looked like it had been folded by a 5 year old. The badly folded shirt was put in the bottom of the bag so that I would not notice.

I use their home pick up and delivery service, and can count on Lakeside Cleaners to provide reliable and quality service. Any time a garment requires special attention (clean stain, fix button, sew pocket, starch instructions, etc(, I pin a note to the item and its taken care of! Lakeside have never missed a pick up or delivery in the 2 years that Ive been using them! Highly recommended!

Dropped off items to be cleaned and have patches sewn on. Was not ready buy quoted date. When picked up a, jacket was wet and missing a liner. All of the patches were sewn on at different angles and uneven. Took a month to get them back after a second attempt. Still not fixed. Still dont have the jacket liner. Worst cleaner I have ever used.
