Peachtree Paint and body I used Peachtree Paint and Body after I had an accident in my almost new Subaru Outback. After talking with many people that had personal experience with Peachtree Paint and Body I decided to use them. Honestly I was sick because I really doubted their ability to get my car back to the pre accident condition. The car was hit starting at the front right passenger wheel working all the way back to the right quarter panel. Now I will tell anybody who has this much damage this is not a week long repair process. The repair took 3-4 weeks. I was impressed with the quality of the work and the follow up by the shop to ensure I was totally happy with the car. I was really amazed at the quality of the paint job. You would never be able to tell the car was in an accident. I did have a few issues with a noise or a little vibration that didnt feel quite right and the shop continued to fix every issue until the car drove like new. As they told me up front when you have a substantial accident you may have issues that arent identified in the shop but drive the car and give them feedback until its completely right. They were pro active in calling me and asking me if I was noticing anything that wasnt right. Its been my experience with other auto repairs that the shop wants to get you in and out and no news is good news from the customer. So it was unusual to a week after I told them the car was perfect they called me again to make sure everything was still fine. Really refreshing to have great customer service. Bottom line I would recommend Peachtree Paint and Body to any of my friends. I dealt with the owner during much of the process and its evident that he takes pride in the work thats done at his shop. Its easy to tell when a business is focused on quality because from the owner to the shop manager to the guys I encountered who were working on the car the message I was receiving was consistent, they were going to do everything they could to get the car back to perfect. One last thing, two weeks after the car was finished somebody door dinged the new paint on the passenger side door. Brought it by for them to take a look. They said the door would need to be redone or temporarily the ding could get touch up paint and clear coat until I decided if i was going to fix it permanently. I went for the temp fix they immediately sent the car back to the painter and took care of it and didnt charge me anything. Typically I wouldnt wright this lengthy of a review but when poor customer service seems to be so prevelant I figured that a business that works hard to do things right should be recognized. If youre in Peachtree City, Fayetteville or Newnan and you need body work done this is a no brainier, go to Peachtree Paint and body.

Was involved in a rear end crash and brought my car to peachtree paint and body. The service and expertise of this body shop is top of the line. Talked to Pam on the phone the first time I contacted the body shop she was very informative and really helped me out with the first steps in starting the repairs. After I dropped off my car I got calls from Bill anytime a part came in or letting me know how the progress was going. Asked me questions before painting the parts to see what I wanted to do. Once I picked my car up it looked better than when I bought it. Paint matched the rest of the car. The craftsmanship and detail they put into my car was beyond my expectation. This place knows what their doing and I would recommend them to anyone looking to service there car. Thanks again peachtree paint and body team yall are phenomenal people. Ryan

I stopped in for a repair estimate. Initially, I was told to fill out an info sheet, and then was made to wait in the lobby for the guy to return (too long). He followed me out to my car. He pulled my bumper out of the brackets and could not put it back. He suggested using duck tape to re-attach the bumper (I stepped in at that point and re-attached the bumper to the bracket while he looked on). He said the repair estimate would take him 15 minutes, and it was agreed he would send me the estimate via email. I never received it.

This company stands behind their work. I had a small electrical problem after their body work and they fixed it quickly without any reservations. And the cleaned the car again! Everyone there seemed aware of my situation and I didnt have to explain it over and over. Great job!
