In November, my van was painted by this shop. After a few days of waiting, I stopped by the lot, and found the van sitting in their lot - painted, but in non-buffed condition. I noted a significant paint defect on the front hood, and noted this to the guy coordinating my job. He said theyd take care of that. I picked the van up a couple days later, and it was dark outside, so I didnt see that the paint defect remained. I purchased a "lifetime" warranty (read the fine print - its pro-rated after a year). Fast forward to February. The snow melts and I see that the paint job is bubbling in several places, and the hood paint defect is getting worse. I found time to take it in for warranty work in July. Once I got there, Tom said their lifetime warranty was not lifetime. When he saw the defects, he told me the van was defective - not the paint job. He made an effort to avoid any effort on their part to honor the warranty. After making an effort (that should never be required) to get them to treat their customer right, he relented and they took the van in under warranty. Upon pickup, I started the van, only to find that while parked in their lot, someone had cut the catalytic converter off the van! Tom and the manager denied responsibility for what happens on their lot, and said their insurance would not cover it. At first, they even said it was "loud" when I brought it in. So what we have here, is: 1. amateur workmanship 2. lack of integrity (lying and deception) 3. resistance to honor warranty 4. a dangerous lot to park your car in 5. no responsibility for what happens to your car on their premises

We have a full size van. We took it to Northland Blvd.. They were the only Maaco that could accommodate the height of the Van. After three weeks we could pick up the Van. We did not take it. There were paint runs all over the Van. Paint that was pealing at some corners. So we ask if they could fix it please. They said they will do just that. Another few days went by and again we could pick up the Van. Same story. Paint runs and they did not fix the pealing. So again they kept the Van. After a few days we went back, the van was still full of tape and extremely dirty. So we left it there. Few days later they drop off the Van at my house. It looked a bit better but there is still pealing and some marks. We decided to live with that. Now came the cleaning. Took me 3 days to get all the paint dust out of the seats and carpets. Then we wanted to use the DVD player. The face was forced into the player. Now we have to replace the player and they do not make the style anymore. This was the most unprofessional company I have worked with in my life. O and by the way, wile we were waiting on one of our visits, a customer came to pick up his Cadillac. So they just told him sorry one of the workers went home with it. WOW !

Northland Blvd is the best Maaco in the tri-state. I spent the past year asking other people where they had their paint jobs done. I initially visited another location, but the other store had poor customer service. Gregs whole team at Tri-County Maaco were very courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. They helped me choose a better paint package and the results were fantastic (considering how little it cost). Even though my budget is limited, they still treated me well and spent time looking over the car with me and writing it all down. The entire outside of the car was changed to a smooth, glossy black. They had it finished in only two days. ________________ Make sure you know what your expectations are before choosing your paint package. A $299 paint job will never look like a $2,999 paint job. Also, all cars are unique and require varying degrees of repairs/prep work before any paint will look ok on it... You wouldnt go to a restaurant, order the $1 cheeseburger, and expect prime rib, would you?

Poor customer service. Dropped car off on Tuesday morning when they opened for a three day job. I stop by on Friday afternoon to check on the progress. They was just getting started on my vehicle. I talked to Greg the manager about that and he acted like my car should have been done. Needless to say my car wasnt done til the following Tuesday. I go to pick up my vehicle Wednesday and they forgot to install my brand new grill they was the main purpose of the job. They install the grill while I wait. after getting home I looked over their work and noticed they installed the wrong grill plus the bumper placement was off. I go back up there and greg the manager refused to correct their mistake. I asked him to simply put back on my old grill and refund my money for that grill. he refused to refund my money.

I recently had work done on my Fusion , Ive used other body shops before but decided to give Maaco a chance. I met with Greg who was very professional and knowledgeable about the work needed to get the repairs done that I wanted. He gave me a great price that fit into my budget, explaining the difference between a $299 paint job that I will see imperfections which is a scuff and shot vs. a Base Clear paint job that is factory and gives best warranty and look. Set a date for repairs and his team exceeded my expectations. Im extremely proud of the job they did. Customer for life, and just for an FYI I stopped by another big body shop right down the road and the estimate to do the same repairs was over $8,000.

I recently bought a 1993 GMC truck that was sitting next to a barn since 1998. I took it to Maaco on Northland Blvd and spoke to Nathan about repainting it. I agreed to a complete repainting and a sprayed in bedliner. I agreed to give them one week to complete the job. Nathan was professional and friendly throughout the process. The truck was finished on time and looks like new. the neighbors that saw the truck before the paint job thought it was a different truck. Fantastic job at half the price I had quotes from other companies for. I highly recommend this shop for any work you may need done.

This is not a place you want to visit but when life happens and you find yourself in need of auto body repair then this is a place youll want to come to. They are reasonably priced and do good work. The only improvement is that they say they open at 8:00 but, unfortunately, they are somewhat fluid with the starting time. I was there at waiting for them to open and after 45 minutes the young lady showed up and was unapologetic of our time we wasted waiting for her before work and made excuses. She was very off putting but thankfully the rest of the team doesnt act like her.
