Took my M3 in for body work and paint job. The work needed to be done was minor as far as replacing your radiator n painting the front bumper and hood, Since i ran over a big piece of ice that fell off from a truck. The estimate was to paint the first bumper and the hood n to replace the radiator because it had a small (really small) dent under the front bumper. First, they didnt installed the emblem on the hook correctly after the paint job. They did a horrible job with the installation after puttin in a new radiator. Was leaking Oil the third day since they installed the oil cooler incorrectly (They didnt look at the other end of the wire for the Oil cooler). ARE YOU kidding me, leaking OIL, glad it happened when i was at my apartment complex, What if it happened when i was driving on the High Way ??....It would screw up your engine. In addition, They had the vehical for 3 weeks. ALso the paint job wasnt good, there is small bubble on my front bumper, you can tell if you get close to it. Was completly disappointed with their service w/ my M3. In addition, Please AVOID car wash by them. Thought i would give it a try. I have lotta minor scratches on my M3 now. I know every single scratch that exits on my BMW M3. Man hand wash your M3, statisfaction gauranteed. If you have any questions, please email me, would be glad to help recommend other places. Try the BMW store. I know if you own an M3, we value Especially that car Extremely high and Expect nothing less than high Quality Service. They dont understand the value of an BMW M3. Would NOT recommend this place if you own an M3 or M5.
