I brought my car here as a certified repair shop through Farmers insurance. I was rear ended and had some lift gate damage etc. My car was left there for over a week, contact person was Scott. When I was notified that my car was ready I picked it up on my way to work. Immediately my sensors notifying me that the air pressure in my tires was low. Weird since I definitely would expect a repair shop to make sure the car was drivable when a customer picks it up. Within a couple of days of driving the car I noticed that 1.) Abra left a screw rattling a round inside the lift gate 2.) My "check braking system" light kept coming on ..... which makes sense because my brakes were engaged at the time of impact 3.) The liftgate was not working properly and would not engage when the button was pushed about 50% of the time. I called and informed Scott of the issues that were still going on and he asked me to bring it back in and he would take care of the ongoing issues. I dropped the car back off, left it there an entire day.... got a call to pick it up....... Scott came outside to inform me of the work that had been done again. I stressed to him that I wanted to make sure they didnt just reset the braking system and that it was actually inspected. He insured me that they had run it through a diagnostic and everything was fine. ............this would be funny if it wasnt actually true. 1.) The screw was STILL RATTLING AROUND THE LIFT GATE! 2.) The check braking system came back on after a week which means they did in fact just reset it because the system is actually damaged which is why the system engaged again. 3.) The lift gate still doesnt work 50% of the time. Scott asked me to bring it back in the following Monday to ensure that he would be there to personally fix it. When I brought it there on Monday..... he was in Vegas........... no call, no warning. Just a complete and utter disrespect of my time not to mention the danger they may have put my family in by lying about checking the brake system.

I cant say enough about the level of service at this place. What could have been a distasteful experience turned out to be better than expected. The quality of service provided by the staff and the adjuster was exceptional and the quality of work was just as good. I was updated daily on the progress of the work and I hope I never have to go back for another accident but if I did, I would choose Abra over and over again. Keep up the good work!

Ive had the GREATEST experience dealing with ABRA mobile glass today. From start to finish was an absolute pleasure. My technician was the BEST! Mr. Ray M (work order # W981676602) He did a GREAT JOB, my car looks GREAT and he didnt leave a mess!!! I will ALWAYS refer and use ABRA in the future (Glass and or Auto Body)!!! Went in to get my bumper replace and one turn and stop light. They call for me pick you car up, it was late in the evening, begging to get dark. About a week later i happen notice that my number was not same color as my car. They told me the pain was the same. It is not the same colors.

The people here are okay to take to. They will get the job done, you might have to call a few times to get someone, but other than that its a nice place to get your car fixed.
