Well the first question that pops up when you type a review is "what do you like about it?" Let me tell you... Nothing. This place is awful. My car was done 4 days late and the old man working tried to make me pay extra and said "the price of the rim increased" so I called the dealership where I bought the car and the rim I was getting replaced was $478 and Bluegrass Autobody tried to charge me $672. What a rip off. Then I finally made him call the dealership and sure enough he tried to rip me off. He acted like he wasnt going to change the price and he finally did and it took him over an hour to do the paperwork which should have been done correctly the first time. Then they tried to keep the rim I was having replaced (which had nothing wrong with it except for some scratches) and he refused to give me the rim. I then called another dealership and they told me that as long as your insurance is not covering it then you are privileged to have your parts back and I was paying out of pocket therefore the rim should have been given to me. The man finally gave me the rim back and put it in my trunk and slammed the door and then was really rude to me as I was leaving. If they would do things right the first time then they wouldnt be put through so much trouble. I will NEVER go back to this pathetic building these people call a "business" I would rather let a monkey fix my car than go back to this mess. At least a monkey wont be rude to you and honestly could probably do a better job. Im all about respecting my elders but this man was honestly so rude you would think his wife was divorcing him. NO ONE go here. This place is a joke.

When I took my car to Bluegrass auto body off High street it was an awful experience. The guy in the front office helpful. "Well make it right, well make it right." People in back clearly cutting corners. Not taking the time to do it right and just being lazy. After 3 visits I finally decided it was good enough and gave up. I just dont have infinite time to go back and forth all the time to get it right. I suppose that is what they want, but thankfully customers have a voice now through the internet and my review can be found! So, after all this work and three visits later where are we? Parts still dont line up right. Paint is crap. They failed to replace certain parts. Every time I get under it or open the hood I feel like I find some new little thing where Im just angry about. Just pathetic and frankly, it doesnt make any sense. If it needs more work and labor why dont they do it? Its as simple as calling the insurance company and explaining that the quote didnt cover everything. Other shops did this for me in the past no problem. Why wouldnt these guys want to make more money on a repair from the insurer. Plus, you add in the fact that I had to go back 3 times! 3 Times! If I were a manager and a customer came back after the first round, I would personally be out there inspecting the car before the customer came back the second time. Your reputation is on the line now! And yet there I was the third time and it was still nothing more than a patchwork coverup job. Please never visit this establishment. What a disgrace.

My co-worker went there and they jusy put her car together and didnt really fix it. She now hear noise coming from her car and she said they didnt fixed something that needed to be fixed in the first place oh and the paint dont match ether. So I put this up on her behalf. She is an older woman. Really people.

Please dont take your car here. Even if this is the last place in Lexington for car repair dont. They will mess up your car even more than it already is and will break parts, then say it was like that when they got it.
