I just went to Ulta Beauty (Peachtree City) for the first time. Horrible customer service!! Yes, the cashier gave me the customary "Hello...Welcome" when I walked in. However, I was interested in switching to a new make-up line and needed assistance and no one came over to help me. There were at least 5-employees on shift and only one was with another customer. Even after I went to the front register, asked for assistance, and the cashier called for someone to meet me in the make-up area...no one came over to assist me. I wasted 15-minutes of my life in Ulta. They just lost a new customer!! They lost a potential long-term loyal customer!!

I had my hair cut and styled today by Vance and he is amazing! Very talented and super friendly. The Salon was very clean and the rest of the salon staff, as well as the other employees were all incredibly nice and helpful as well. I will drive the 20 minutes to this location rather than go 5 minutes down the road to the Newnan location. Peachtree City Ulta keep doing what youre doing because Newnan Ulta doesnt even deserve a half of a star.

Had a fabulous haircut from Toni Teagle, from the moment I sat in her chair I felt listened to and she totally understoodles what I wanted. She is very skilled in knowing what works best for face shape and does just that. Shes the kind of stylist where you feel free to share your opinion. Super nice lady!!!!! Im glad I found her! The store is clean.

I went to Ulta to have my daughters hair fixed after Great Clips messed it up. I got an appointment right away and Will was awesome!! He is wonderful with kids and had my daughter giggling the entire time. Her hair looks great and we already have our next appointment scheduled. Thanks Will!

My daughter gets her hair done by Tiffany here in PTC! Love her! Everytime my daughter gets her high lights done she gets many compliments! The staff is very helpful,,,,,professional and the store is clean, organized and everyone is extremely knowledgeable! ♡♡♡

We really like Ultra, however, the help here is really rude. Ive had 1 good experience, out of several visits. When spending money on high end cosmetics...it would be nice and more profitable to have employees that dont mind answering questions. Not nice.

The employees are nice, and very helpful, and I have no complaint with them. However, Ive bought multiple products here, and Ive learned to check them in the car for previous use. People seem to ignore the tester makeup entirely.

They didnt supply enough colors of makeup samples to match my skin color after advertising their sale. I asked why they gave me the wrong color and the cashier just shrugged her shoulders and said they were out.
