DO NOT GO HERE FOR A MANI-PEDI UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES !!!!!!! Had a Groupon and the man, cant call him a Gentleman, will try anything to up his charges to recoup the money from the Groupon to line his pockets. His practices are extremely unsanitary and at the end he charged $5.00 for "removing the nail polish" Then he demanded an additional $8.00 for his tip. I told him what % I tip is discretionary. He demanded $8.00 or threatened to call the police. I told him I would gladly call the police and bring harassment charges against him. So he whined to the owner that I was not giving him his $8.00. I told her that he could either put the $5.00 nail polish removal fee towards his tip or he could keep the $5.00 to remove the polish. He was not going to get both! He is a scam artist, a poor manicurist a bully and a thief. I repeat...DO NOT GO HERE FOR A MANI-PEDI UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES !!!!!!!

This is not a salon you wish to go to if you have any kind of corse hair. I went to this salon and had the simple request of having my hair curled (I showed many pictures of what I expected) however the outcome was in no way close to that. I had returned two days later for a free redo with another artist and showed the same pictures to her. Again, the result was the same as last time. I was very unhappy both times I went there. I would not recommend for any women with frizzy or corse hair.

I go to Lisa for my hair cuts and styling and have been for several years. She is the best! We just changed my hair style yesterday and just love, love my hair and I love Shear Genius Salon & Spa. The staff are so professional and delightful. I would recommend Shear Genius and Lisa any day.

This place should not be in business. Very unprofessional and poor customer service! They will change the price of your haircut at checkout. My daughters haircut was more than doubled what they quoted over the phone. Very dishonest people!

Loved my haircut from this place. They have experienced and professional workers. Last 2 times I went to,get a haircut I got there and they were closed early and they arent open Sunday and Monday.
