I came in on a last minute appointment just to get a cut. The stylist was super sweet but I could definitely tell she was in a rush. She never asked me how I wanted my hair to look like or if I had a picture for reference. She did however ask how much I wanted cut off and went straight across my hair. After getting it washed and somewhat dry, she wasnt doing anything else to my hair as far as cutting it so thats when I just started explaining to her what I wanted and she did the bare minimum. I gave up at this point and just wanted to leave. She didnt even dry my hair completely because its hot outside. After a week of being so unhappy with my hair I spoke with the owner. I explained to him that I hate to complain and I know it was a last minute appointment and its busy this time of year but I felt rushed and am completely unhappy with the way my hair turned out. His reponse was Its busy this time of year with graduation and people going to vacation but thank you for your feedback. He never offered to fix it nor any compensation. I have NEVER written a negative review about any place until now. This isnt food that can be sent back to the kitchen to be fixed or taken off the bill or something that can be returned to the store, its my hair. When I went to another salon, the stylist told me that my hair was completely uneven and had to cut off an extra 2 inches (after already getting 6 inches cut off) in order to fix it.

I have been coming here for almost 10 years. I live in Smyrna now and still make the drive when I need color or cut. Julissa and Carlos are wonderful, warm people and really care about customer service. Maria is my go to and has learned from the best! They are super accommodating. I recently went for a color and wasnt too crazy about how bright the red was in my hair after a week. When I went back, Maria toned it down for me at no extra charge so that I could be happy. (and i LOVE it now!) If they dont answer when you call, just try again later. They do get really busy and its hard to hear the phone over the multiple hair dryers.

I went to Carlos Salon for my 25th birthday to get a dramatic haircut. Maria was my stylist, and I must admit that I was a little nervous about getting half of my hair chopped off, but Maria made me feel at ease. She was friendly and listened to what I wanted. I brought in a photo for reference and in the end, I love my hair even better than the photo! Maria did a great job - she was quick, but effiecient and paid attention to detail. The salon is gorgeous and the prices are better than a lot of places in the surrounding area. Im looking forward to going back soon!

I moved to Georgia just under 2 years ago. I have had a terrible time finding a salon that could cut my hair properly, let alone trust them with color...unit NOW!! It was well worth the 1-1/4 hour drive from Sandy Springs to Peachtree City to come to Carlos salon on recommendation from a friend. Maria was amazing!! I could not be any happier with my cut and highlights! Marias customer service and attention to my needs was top notch. She is a very talented cosmetologist and her level of professionalism is extraordinary. I will be back for sure!!

Be Warned! Take a picture with you! Have the stylist repeat back to you word for word at least two times what you want before you let them pick up a scissors! Dont let them talk to you about anything that distracts them from cutting your hair! I will be growing out the MESS MADE OF MY HAIR for at least 3-4 months! I asked for one to two inches to be cut, and walked out with 5-6 inches laying on the floor! I guess this years Christmas pictures will be absent of me!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Carlos is an excellent stylist! I showed up for (what I thought was my) appointment and even though I was a day early! he found a way to accommodate me. I received a fantastic classic cut that I wanted and (while I was embarrassed) he was very gracious. Were in the business of serving our customers Carlos said. Im most appreciative of his time & professionalism.

The atmosphere is cold and the hairdressers are rude. Do not use the discount they offer through email. When you call to make an appointment for the discount the stylist you get will not know that is why you made the appointment. They do not communicate with each other except to gossip. I have never been treated so discourteously or disrespectfully in my life.

I made a same day appt to get the 40%off deal. I showed up on time and signed in. There wasnt a receptionist at the front and nobody greeted me. I took a seat in the lobby and after 25 min of waiting, with not a single person acknowledging that I was there, I left. They dont deserve my business if they dont care about even speaking to me.

Got my hair cut and colored. Ashley did an amazing job on my hair. She put in layers like I wanted and the red came out beautifully on my hair. They worked me into their schedule even though it was really last minute. I am planning on coming back to get it trimmed and colored before I head up to college.

Distant, unresponsive receptionist. Scheduling an appointment was like pulling teeth. Just trying to reach them over the phone took 7 tries. The stylist disregarded everything i said and just lopped off chunks of hair

They dont listen to you, dont cut your hair well, and chit chat with people more than they work9. With so many good salons in the area, why go here?
