I went to the Roswell Planet Fitness who informed me that the balance was due that month because the payment did not go through. At this point, I had not received an email or phone call to let me know that it did not. When I checked, they had my card number on file but the expiration date had changed. It had not expired but had the date extended due to the re-issuance of the card to a more secure card. The clerk confirmed this. When I presented my card, they stated there would be a $10 late fee and even if they didnt charge the late fee then, that it would still need to be settled at some point in time in order for me to continue at the club. At no time did I get a call requesting new card information or to inform me that the charge did not go through. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in Planet Fitness at this time. For one thing, if I had a call or an email, I would have told you of the new expiration date which I was not aware of and thus avoided the non-payment. The crew was unsympathetic, unapologetic to a member who had been paying and willing to keep paying who only had a mishap with a credit card expiration date.

I like this specific location because its a judgment free way to exercise, its like having all the motivation of having a gym coach without all the yelling and the staff is really laid back, they do alot of work cleaning in the gym and they work long shifts so i sympathize with that and i used to work a similar job so i know what its like i hope they dont get to many gym member complaints and i hope everyone decided to get a black card membership because it really is worth it i go here twice a week sometimes even 5 times a week the location is convenient for me some of the staff members are so chill and they really are the plug this review is 4 stars because im sure better gyns exist in the world but im satisfied and content with what this gym has to offer i just wish they would close at 12 AM on fridays instead of 9 PM

Just signed up here. Went to use the stand up tanning bed (early in the AM) and it was gross.. just gross... No WIFI?? WTF probably would have been a deal breaker had I even thought to ask. Anyway Im under a contract now so hopefully you see this (check your yelp reviews) and step it up. 3 stars because the machines are in good working order and the actual gym is as clean as I would expect.

I recently moved to Atlanta and definitely like this gym. Even when i was just a visitor here i would come to this location and they are helpful, personable, and clean. They have generally everything Im looking for especially the yoga type workout balls that i think EVERY location should have. This gym location is awesome and diverse and i hope they keep up their amazing service

So far so good. Beats L.A Fitness with a stick. This one is clean, theyve got equipment that is not rusty and actually works! The 30 min workout room is just what i need. L.A fitness doesnt have anything like this. Oh, and those massage beds.. lol sold! Im never going back to L.A fitness. Oh and free food on the 1st of each month... Who does that? Planet fitness (Roswell) does.

Just went today for the first time. The staff are great. I wanted to tan and was going to but the goggles, left my card at home and the young man with glasses (Nick) offered to pay the 1 dollar I was short. I left L.A. Fitneds to come here and the machines, prices, people are all AMAZING! I will be back tomorrow and cannot wait! THANKS PLANET FURNESS ROSWELL!

Always clean and all the equipment works. I do wish they would take out the 30 minute circuit (never see anyone using it), so there was more room to do non-weight or machine workouts.
