By far one of the worse Planet Fitness to go to, please go to others and dont waste your time on this one. The managers are never there, and they make their workers say they are in the back room. However, majority of time they arent. I had to call corporate on them, because the manager refuses to talk to me, although I left several voicemails with the staffs. They are ill-mannered and frankly have the worst customer service ever. I sincerely, ask the people who go to this Planet Fitness to either transfer to another gym or call corporation to complain.

They have all kinds of signs advertising a "judgment free zone" except for the one sign that judges against body builders and people that actually take working out serious. This will be a great place to join if your the type of person that enjoys having a keychain tag for a gym so you can tell people you "workout".

Nice place open 24 hours. Just realize it is more than $1 down and $10 a month. They buried in the fine print an annual $40 plus tax membership fee I didnt even know about until it was deducted from my checking account. I need to go through the fine print to see if there are any other surprises.

tons of cardio and machines, the best tanning in Cincinnati, locker rooms are spacious and clean. Open 24/7 and the cleanest gym you will ever enter. Staff is very friendly. For 10$ a month or 19.99 with tanning its a no brainer

Quite possibly the nicest PF Ive ever frequented. It is actually free standing and not part of a strip. Cardio and stretching equipment abound; perhaps a bit disproportionate to the amount of weight equipment, but not by much.

They insist on using a checking account because they keep withdrawing money even after you have canceled. The wont take credit cards because you could dispute when the do that and get your money back

Eastgate is nicer now that its remodeled. But Milford doesnt have an owner going around harassing customers. So Milford is better.
