They have done 2 jobs at my home, the first was interior painting where they did a decent job at a reasonable price. Second was to replace siding, replace rotten wood on window trim, build a deck, and replace 2 windows. The siding replacement went fairly well, they tried to cover up some rotten siding that we agreed to replace with a portion of the deck, but replaced it after I reminded them of the lapse. The window trim was replaced with mostly good work. The deck replacement really showed that they employ some mediocre carpenters, there are large chips out of boards, nails coming out of the side of boards. They also tried to place a board that was cut incorrectly and hoped I wouldnt notice - it looked horrible. Some of these issues they replaced when I pointed it out, others were not. A lot of cracks are appearing where nails are located within the boards. Also they did not plan appropriately and placed the stairs directly onto a stump, which I then had to find someone to quickly come out and grind (at my own cost). When they say they will clean up, it means that they will remove their tools, thats about it. I still have dozens of nails, screws, and concrete chips throughout my yard. Also, the dumpster they used strongly smelled of urine as they would use it (while in my yard) as a restroom. The workers do not respect your yard/house as they would their own - one of the biggest issues I have with them. The replacement windows never happened even though I said they could change from the older single pane to easily obtained double pane windows to make it easier. I have emailed them 3 different times, reminding them that I used Propainting because they assured me that they could do the entire job - have not heard back. In hindsight, I should have gone with another company and will do so in the future. Would not recommend them at all.

I have had three jobs done, The first job was great painted inside they are great painters ( Their contractors ). The second job was to have my house painted outside omg the did not cover anything so I had to clean the paint off the windows,table and chair and decking which I have to had repaint the decking,I had to tidy up after them eg razor blades,empty paints tins,now I am left with sidings peeling and will need to be replaced did not even put the putty into the window before painting. The third job omg it took 7 month well it is not finish, It was a kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is okay,but they damage the wall in the hallway, hand rail, I had to repaint the bathroom and fix the trims which was cut to high,I had to have the carpet replace the all of upstairs the whole lot because I could not get the dirty out of the carpet but the kitchen they measured the doors wrong twice and the drawers well one does not fit correct measure three time, and painted them 4 or 5 times, I had to rehang the doors myself. Broke my driveway I have to clean up after them in three different rooms and filled up the dumpster myself,now the paint is starting to come off the doors, so I will have to replace the whole kitchen :(. They never turn up I was left for two months with no one showing. I would not recommend pro paints only for painting inside.

TL;DR - Extremely unprofessional. I was told it would take 3 days to get an estimate and I still dont have one after 3+ weeks. No one at the company will return my calls or emails, and theyve not told me at all what the situation is. I had an extremely negative experience with Renalto, Ashley, and the whole team at Pro Painting and Remodeling. Renalto met me out at a house for a renovation estimate, and we went through and described the work to be done. I explained that were buying this house and renovating at the same time, so time was of the essence in order to close on the hose. Renalto said that he could have an estimate in 3-4 days. He missed that deadline, with no comment to me. I contacted them the next week and was told that hed have it by that weekend. He did not, with no comment about why things were taking so long. He did not have it the following week. No one at this company will return my calls or e-mails- theyve apparently decided that it is easier to just ignore me than to prepare this estimate, which is extremely unprofessional and has single-handedly delayed my closing date by a few weeks.

Extremely unprofessional - rescheduled 3 times, including once same day where we had to call the office multiple times before we got an answer where they said their scheduler messed up and that we were not on the schedule for the day. A nightmare to get resolved, especially when we have to take time off of work to meet them at home. A small job (small flooring install + a few 4x8s of drywall for a ceiling) ended up not being finished in one day, the flooring was left incomplete and with holes in our drywall where the baseboard was pulled up. Baseboard was also broken and left half attached/resting on the wall. Made no effort to remedy anything, simply told us to call if we wanted more work done. No transitions done between the new floor and the existing carpet, plus our closet is also still carpeted even though we told them to install the flooring in there as well. Flooring person said they would be coming back the next day, but no one ever arrived. Drywall was left spackled and not primed/painted at all. We ended up finishing the project ourselves. Do not use them.

We had a full paint job and a kitchen remodel by Pro Painting and Remodeling done this fall, for the Holidays. The entire experience with the company was how it should be. The owner came out and met with us and went over our plans for our house. He was able to answer any and all questions both my wife and I had. He also was extremely helpful in helping us choose the paint colors for the house, thank goodness because that is not my forte. The men that did the actual work were great too. I had no hesitations with leaving my family alone with them, and they were very kind and respectful. The work was great and as the job progressed if any things came up or we wanted to add things, there was no problem and the communication was great. Now that my wife has her new kitchen to cook in for the Holidays and the house looks brand new with the great paint job, I am so happy that we went with this company. If your looking for any work on your house I recommend working with Renato and his staff at Pro Painting and Remodeling.

This was the biggest project my husband and I have taken on, and it went smoother than expected. Pro Painting & Remodeling was a pleasure to work with. They helped explain all the options to me, and there attention to detail was remarkable, making me feel at ease with the project. They removed the stucco, added siding to 3 sides , shutters, gutters, a new door and a WONDERFUL new porch. There designer helped guide me with color choices and it turned out perfect. I felt like the crew became a part of my family, one even helped me with a sick pet, i was kinda sad to see them leave. Great quality work, affordable and finished on time. I couldnt be happier, will definitely use them again!
