I have had the pleasure of working with the CertaPro professionals on two jobs at my home. The first was taking an unfinished storage room and converting it into a bedroom. The second was a deck restoration on the back of my home. CertaPro handled all of my needs including carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting. It was a great process dealing with the different managers involved in my projects. They were all extremely knowledgeable and very helpful if I had questions or concerns. I particularly enjoyed their carpentry crew headed up by Jordan. He is a fantastic carpenter and was very through. At night when you come home it was very relaxing to see the results from his work each day and it reassured me every night that I had made the right choice in picking CertaPro to do my projects. CertaPro painters did a fantastic job on our screened in porch. They showed up when they said they were going to show up, did fantastically good work, cleaned the site every evening, and I cant say enough about how great the porch looks. Devin Taylor did an excellent job with the sales pitch and the estimate, Ben Johnson was excellent on following up on the site each day, and Scott is an absolutely wonderful painter. Grayson, Scotts assistant, was also equally as professional as Scott. When I went in the Sherwin Williams paint store to pick out the colors, Sherwin Williams even said "youre in very good hands with CertaPro painters!" CertaPro was not my cheapest bid by far, but I chose them based on their professionalism and their reputation. They did not let me down. As just a final remark, CertaPro should definitely be proud of Scott and his painting expertise. He did a beautiful job! Thanks Scott!

I contacted Certi-Pro after seeing their TV spots. They sent someone to give me an estimate, I said "I want everything painted on the outside of the house." I received the estimate and list and agreed. Now someone else was assigned to schedule me. Countless phone calls. Finally about 3 weeks after making the initial call, and days of not showing up, we started guessing if they even would. Finally, they dropped off a man and wife with a pressure washer who stayed exactly 45mins. They left all of their equipment and also pointed out all of the areas that were not included. TEN DAYS later I received a phone call to see if anyone had been there to finish and I SAID NO! He said "well it is almost done right?." NO not even a dent. He said he would call me, I said I wouldnt hold my breath. I said "by the way, do you want your equipment?" He was not aware it had been left. Have never heard from them again.

Absolute worst contractor that I have ever dealt with. Started with painters NOT using drop cloths. Paint was dropped and left to dry on my hardwood floors. I had to remove it myself with razor blade. Then aluminum ladders were laid on our nearly new hardwood floors without any protection. Paint on woodwork was so thin, you could see thru it. Door jambs were only painted in areas that are visable when the door is closed. One Painter was so uncooperative, I told him to leave my house. An entire day was spent correcting problems.& obvious shortcomings. I thought I was hiring a good contractor. I was wrong! After posting my review, certapro decided to perform remedial painting. A different paint crew spent a day repainting. After they were done, we spent over an hour with Certapro employees identifying areas that needed additional attention.

Jose and his crew delivered great customer service and the result of the project was spot on! Certa Pro was responsive, transparent, and courteous throughout the process. They provided daily updates throughout the project and explained in detail everything they were going to do before they started. They were efficient but ensured quality with great attention to detail. They were careful to protect the surrounding areas and floors before they started painting. The crew was respectful of us and our home. We will definitely use Certa Pro again in the future!

Tony (Residential Manager) and his team did an excellent job following up after the initial job making sure that everything was completed to a high standard. They made a return trip to repaint some siding that we had replaced due to water damage and helped us identify some additional water issues that needed to be addressed. Tony stopped by personally multiple times to ensure we were happy with the work. We were glad to have a company that was looking out for our best interest and stood behind their work. Thanks!

This was my first time using Certa Pro and the experience was excellent throughout the entire process, from the initial sales call, all the way through completion. The day before the carpenter arrived, he called ahead of time to remind me, and he was on time, professional and did excellent work. The painters followed the same protocol, and they were on time, very professional and did high quality work, and all of the workers cleaned up after themselves. I will not hesitate to utilize Certa Pro again.

The crew went above and beyond what I expected!!! They gave the entire house a whole new look! Friendly, professional, trustworthy! My husband and I have used CertaPro Painters for painting and remodel for several years. This project was tearing down our old deck and making a larger 10ft by 24 ft deck. We are very happy with the deck. The head builder was Don, and he had Chris and Shawn with his team. When the deck is cured, we will have CertaPro come back and stain the deck.
