Our church in Oak Ridge needed to be painted. We requested quotes for the job from three painting contractors and chose to go with Obregon Painting. When met with Obregon to discuss the job and get an estimate the process went smoothly and Johnny was friendly and pleasant but also very professional. Scheduling the work was a real challenge. The contract finalized in late November and after months of hot dry weather it turned cool and rainy for several weeks straight. By the time the job could begin in December, the church was already very busy with the activities leading up to Christmas. Obregon was very accommodating and worked hard to schedule the painting work around usage of the church as well as the weather. The results were spectacular. The chapel was gleaming white on Christmas Day and everyone was commenting about how beautiful the church looked. In January, they tackled our education build which is built from concrete block. Again, the results were fantastic. The building has not looked this good in many years. We could not be more pleased with the results. Finally, we had them reline out parking lot. There was a miscommunication as to which sections of the parking lot belonged to our church (access is shared with the Alexander Inn) but the issue was resolved quickly with no problems and now the parking lot looks great. We are very pleased with the work and we highly recommend Obregon Painting and plan to use them again in the future.

Johnny and his team are absolutely incredible! I was not exactly sure what I was looking for, as this was the first time I was having the entire interior of our house completely painted. I got three different estimates from three different companies. I found the other companies made it a bit confusing for me, asking what I needed/wanted and telling me that I would just have to paint every single part of the house (i.e., walls, closets, trim, baseboards, doors, etc.); but Johnny just assured me they would do what was needed to make it look good. Johnny was able to come out and give me an estimate within a few days, from there, we were able to schedule a time and the house was completely finished within a week. The job they did was beyond what I expected. I didnt realize how great they would make it look! The house is empty, as we are selling it and I came by a few times to check in and his team is great, respectful, friendly and helpful! The entire process was smooth and quick. I was able to easily get into contact with Johnny at any time via phone or email. I cannot say enough good things about Obregon painting! I would highly recommend Obregon Painting for any of your painting needs!!

We want to thank Obergon Painting for making our major interior painting project such a wonderful experience. Everything Johnny told us was going to happen was done in a very timely manner and to our complete satisfaction. We made the mistake of choosing the wrong finish for the trim and after the first coat was applied, we changed our minds. Johnny said it was no problem as he truly wants to make sure his customers are completely satisfied. The crew arrived right on schedule and was one of the hardest working we have ever seen. They made sure to cover everything completely and worked to keep the job as clean as possible. When the painting was completed, they moved everything back to where it was. Working with Obregon painting has been a great experience. From the get go they were on time, on budget, and most importantly, with great quality. In the world of construction, those three things are hard to come by, especially all of them at once. Johnny and his awesome team really nailed it. My house is not easy by all means, with extensive trim work and different color matching. Juxtaposing between different trades, Obregon painting got all of the details taking care of, even places I ignored. Often times people dont realize that there is a lot to a good painting job. You can buy a roller and paint a wall, but can you endure 90 degrees summer heat, putty, caulk and sand every nail hole on the trim? Paint is also messy. But when Obregon left, I cant find any paint on the floor. Let the pros do their job. Builders, homeowners, you wont be disappointed with Obregon painting.

Johnny is truly a professional. His treats each job in a full business manner. Says what he is going to do and does it. When you get his quote, there is no question as to what you will get as an end result. His employees are equally as professional. They arrive on the job site on time and are all business. No time taken to gossip or discuss anything that has nothing to do with the job at hand. I have dealt with other painting contractors in the area and Obregon is by far the best in the Knoxville area. The paint finish is flawless. The surfaces to be painted were pressure washed and let dry prior to paint application. They automatically apply 2 coats of paint. No attempt to get by with only 1 coat. Pricing is very fair. Others in the area want to charge more for less work. Very pleased and will use Obregon Painting for future projects.

I am very pleased with Obregon Painting. They did so well when they painted the exterior trim of my house last year that I called them back to paint part of the interior of my house this year. On the exterior job they pressure washed the trim and gutters thoroughly then caulked all the joints before applying paint. Although the house is almost 3-stories tall on one end they brought appropriate ladders to do the job. On the interior job they again showed up on time and used drop cloths on the floors and ladder pads to protect the walls. They did an excellent job painting walls and trim, even next to carpet. Both jobs were completed on time and for the price we agreed upon. The most significant thing I can say about Obregon Painting is; “I will call them again when I have another paint job.”

My family and I had a fantastic experience with Johnny Obregon and his crew. We just purchased our first home and we needed the entire interior painted, but we were on quite a time crunch. Johnny was able to get his crew into the house the very next day and they painted the entire 2700 sq. ft. house in 2 days. All of his workers were very respectful of our home and did a great job picking up after themselves and ensuring that there wasnt paint on the floors,appliances, etc. They did an even better job painting. Everything was painted exactly how we wanted it and they even did a few extra things that we noticed needed painted, almost free of charge. Obregons prices were among the best we found and the craftsmanship and professionalism was top notch!

Johnnys crew was suggested by a friend of my parents. They came to our newly purchased home and painted the family, dining, foyer, master and two other bedrooms. They lived up to their reputation. They finished very quickly however where very attentive to detail. I was surprised at the beginning at the number of imperfections they found in the wall and repaired. They also came in and made a lot of suggestions on colors and patterns. The paint jobs where well done, I did NOT find any paint on the carpet or roof and they cleaned up very well after completing. On top of the high professionalism, they were priced just right. I would highly suggest Bregon Painting.
