Jake with Kettering Maintenance has done work for me before. His work was solid and price was more than fair which is why I called him again this time. The work on my roof was not something he was going to be able handle in this case, but he was able to get the right people over for me to finish out the roof repairs. He didnt charge me for the visit. You just dont get that kind of service and response these days easily. Fantastic service!! thank you Jake!! Tracy Freewalt Kettering OH.

Ketttering Maintenance has been handling my landscaping and other odd jobs for well over 2 1/2 years. I have never had one complainant, they are always punctual and quite trustworthy. Recently they began renovation of my mothers kitchen and dinning room. My mothers house is really coming together and she is really excited!!! I will happily continue to use there services in the years to come!!!

Cant say enough positive about Kettering Maintenance Services. Jake has a great work ethic and very personable guy, easy to work with. He quickly fixed some drywall issues caused by a leak around the chimney and looks good as new. Cleaned up afterwards so no mess for me to deal with. Was so impressed I asked him to come back for another job. Reasonable prices. Highly Recommend!
