Let me start off by stating that the massage therapists were great! My boyfriend and I had a couples massage. Both therapists were very professional and listened to our needs. I loved that they give you a coupon at the end to use for next time. Because of the great work of the massage I am giving this place a good. Like other clients have stated before the problem is the front office/reception area. I called to make an appointment for the couples massage and notified them I would be using my companys discount (company name and all). When we arrived there were people standing around the desk and both receptionists look like they were busy so we waited. Well one of the people standing around the counter worked there and did not let us know until after about a minute. I checked-in with the same receptionists that took down my appointment and reiterated that I was using my companys discount and I had my badge and all. After the massage when I went to check-out I reminded the SAME receptionist (SAME as in the same person that took my reservation and checked me in that morning) that I am using my discount. THEN she states that it is only for certain days of the week not the particular day I was there. I gave her a look like "really?" and told her I was not notified of it when I made my reservation or when I checked in. She said I can give it to you today. Then she stated that I would only receive it on half of the couples massage. I was very confused because the couples massage is 1 price. Why would you break it into 2 and then not apply MY full discount to the whole service. I was not also not notified over the phone that it is charged separately. She stated there is nothing she could do about it. The manager was standing right there and confirmed with the receptionist after she had already made multiple mistakes from the beginning. Needless to say I was not happy. I paid and tipped the massage therapists and walked out knowing in my head I was going to write a review about this. Like I stated before, the massages were great! The front desk/receptionists need work.

If there was a 0 star I would give it. The massage was great, but they care zilch about customer service. So this is how it goes... I was 15 min late for my 1 hour prenatal massage appointment and they cut down 15 min of massage time. Amount charged: whole amount. I badly needed a massage for my aching body, so I went for it... but they should have considered my request to cut down on the price. Besides, I do not believe that all of the spa clients are on time all the time. All salons/spas in town keep a 15 min grace period for such delays. These guys are literally counting minutes for the massage. Taking into account prep etc. the actual massage time comes out to even lesser. Dont ever go here if you want your moneys worth. This is a huge rip off...even lawyers and doctors dont count minutes like these guys. I mean what kind of business are they doing? Just a freakin massage place- with a poor business model.

Sorry nivi, but its not the spas fault that YOU WERE LATE. You are one of many customers, and why should someone elses appointment be affected because of your tardiness. In a spa, time is $, and you wasted your time and money by being late. Ive had nothing but pleasant service at this spa and highly recommend Monica at the Ivy Walk location. Her knowledge of skin and skin care is superior. Her facials are gentle and effective and I get compliments on my skin after shes treated me.

I love the Ivy Walk location and I go there almost weekly. I get massage from Terri and she is great, she is very good at finding trouble spots without me even having to say anything. I do wish they had a steam room and locker room like Sydell, but if you let them know you need a shower they will kindly oblige. Yes, the front desk is at times scattered, but they are always polite.

This is probably a good place to get your nails done or pick up some beauty products, but not a relaxing place to get a quality massage. The front desk appears to always be stressed out and disorganized. I was supposed to get a steam before my message and was forgotten and the massage itself was just ok. Too many great places to go to pay for just a so-so experience.

I love a hot stone massage. My wife loves the atmosphere and the prices are great. They have great soothing music and it smells clean with great aromas. They do some great treatments for Fibromyalgia which Im just starting. Make sure you ask about their "series of services" if you go to a spa a lot this can save you some money.

Exceptional service! The receptionist was very polite.Randall was my massage therapist & since I am a massage therapist as well, my expectations were high! He was very professional,had perfect pressure,& I will DEFINITELY be back.

Nice spa but when it comes to deep tissue massages (and I have had my share and know them well) this establishment is lacking in qualified masseuse. So be sure what your expectations are set properly.

Have had massages, facials and body treatments at this location. They are always top notch. I usually see Maria (facials and body treatments). I wouldnt go any where else....even with a Groupon.
