I would take a picture of my nails, but Im too embarrassed. I checked in on Sunday, not one other person there at 3pm and the one guy acted like I was a nuisance after I just called and was told to show up. Kevin is the man that did my "work". I wanted fake nails, he didnt understand really what I was saying when I said I cant do acrylic, they irritate my skin, and proceeded to put on gel. I stopped him and had to ask for fake nails. I also had to tell him to use a clean emery board after he grabbed a disgusting one next to my seat. He acted like I was being a pain for asking for a CLEAN UTENSIL! The other nail accessories all seemed dirty and after watching them take out and put back in dirty utensils in the "sanitizer bin", it confirmed my worst fear. This place needs to be looked at for its cleanliness. I figured because it was on Town Lake it would be nice and fancy, uh no. Its not and I would suggest you go elsewhere.

This was the worse experience at a salon I have ever encountered! I was looking for a salon near home, but will go back to the one I have been using in Marietta. The pedicure here was fine, but the gel mani was horrific! We fingers were stuck in a bowl of water for a few minutes, and then the polish applied and cured - or whatever it is called. NO attention to cuticles - no pushing them back, trimming, no oil, no wash your hands - I felt like they just wanted me to go! The polish was not consistent, with streaks and did not even come close to the cuticle - no attention to detail! To top if off, the person doing my nails went to to back and had someone else collect my money. Oh, and they deleted my comments from their Facebook page - NOT professional AT ALL!

Today was my first visit. Its a smaller place but the manager Rose is lovely. I was greeted immediately and the services were explained. My fill in was wonderful. Such an attention to detail! Every surface polished; every groove smoothed. I followed with a delightful pedicure. Only 4 stars because the pedicure was lengthy but it sure felt good !

This place has some repeat customers who really like it. For me, I felt the nail polish selection could be more organized and also a consistent brand. The prices for pedicure are within market standard but a basic manicure is overpriced. Also the nail technicians dont really massage all that well and that is one of my favorite parts.

I come here because Ive been seeing the same nail technician, Maria, for years and she now works here. Its a clean, sanitary place and the staff is so friendly but its TOO hot! They shouldnt have customers fanning themselves down with magazines because of how hot it is. Please put the air on!

Ive never had any issues here in the past few years that Ive gone here after having issues at other salons in the area. They always do a great job on my mani, pedi and eyebrows. Im always treated with kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this place!

They did a great job on my nails and feet! I got the spa pedicure and it was great! I even met a friend. I recently moved to the area so its nice that its close. Ill be back for sure.

Clean and employees are nice but the quality of the work is terrible. Acrylics fill in with gel on top chipped and fell off within two days!
