I called to make an appointment using a Groupon that I purchased earlier on this year. The Groupon was expired however based on the fine print the amount that I purchased a Groupon for will never expire and has to be honored by the merchant. Keisha was supposed to book my appointment for 2 p.m. after I told her my Groupon was expired she said she will need to contact her manager. Keisha called me back 15 minutes later only to tell me that her manager Sharonda Robinson would not honor the Groupon because it was expired. I requested to speak with the manager only to be told that she will need to call me back. This was an hour before my appointment. It is now 2:10 p.m. and I still have not heard from the manager. I was not able to go to the appointment and have a massage that I had been looking forward to all day. I do not appreciate how I was treated and I also do not appreciate the fact that the manager did not call me back. The spa is not owned by the Marriott Hotel and I was not able to speak with the owner of the business. The hotel is 5 minutes from my house and I would rather drive to midtown to get a massage before I do business with The Spa at Evergreen again. I give them 2 stars only because they had availability the same day.

Very disappointed-traveled far. Among other issues... massage room was not prepared, dirty {floor slippery vent and smelly}. Consultation wasnt provided as indicated- massage was actually less than 50 minutes, billing incorrect. Spoke to management of spa and hotel; pointing fingers lack of recovery and accountability skills from both!

Very poor. The room was dirty and the bathroom vent looked like it hasnt been cleaned in years. I would not recommend this hotel.
