The only person I would give 5 stars to is Renae and here is why. I requested that Renae do my eyebrows and lashes and when she did them she was very professional and went in order. When it was my turn it was my turn she did not overlook me and her attitude was pleasant, which made me comfortable with her. She looked at sign in sheet and simply called me up. In other words she had some type of order. I feel when you have order clients will be more acceptant to waiting as long as they are not and or feel overlooked. Because I received great service from her when I return I will request that she do my nails. It is people like her that draw good faithful customers that tip and just draw the nail shop business period So yeah she gets 5 stars and I hope she keep up the good work!. Now what almost drew me away from the nail shop is when a previous time I went into shop to get my nails done walked up and put my name on sign in sheet for T to do my nails. I was willing to wait til she get done with the client she was working on. All I ask was how long it would be because if it took too long I was even willing to come back another day. She looked up at me and pointed at some girl that was sitting in front whom I was there before and told me oh nobody told me you was waiting for me she is next. Im like, but I signed in and was here before her. She came in after me. This was not professional at all and bad business. The worse part about it is the owner dont care. All he say is you have to talk to them. They work off of tips, they set there own appointments, etc.... Im like huh do you not care about your business/customers or are you all about the money. Can the workers in your shop just treat people like crap? Ridiculous. The owner needs to be more hands on on his business because if he dont get a grip of the disrespectful attitudes his workers carry his business is going to go down. Its too many other nail shops that do great business to be dealing with bad business.

Im from Alabama and I came to visit this nail shop to get a fill in and pedicure with my son and husband. I signed both of us in and out full/pedicure by mine. Well, about 4 or 5 people came in and the guy at the front desk just completely skipped me and I told him verbally what I wanted. So, after he let someone get a fill in ahead of me they told me they were ready for my husbands and I pedicure. Well, when I sat Dont the bowl I was at didnt have jets and the guy just stuck his hand in the bowl trying to fix it and let every disgusting thing the filter had in it in my bowl with my feet. So, Im like I definitely dont want to get my pedicure in this chair the bowl is nasty. So, he moved me to another chair and the spa chair wasnt working properly or the jets in the bowl. Im like can I ever win! I was prepared to get the best pedicure and a gel fill in but as if that wasnt enough; I said I just didnt want the most expensive spa pedicure anymore I just wanted the regular because I felt like I shouldnt pay top dollar for crap and the guy doing my nails spoke to the manager in their language, packed his spa kit up with and attitude, and called the next person for a fill in! If I could give this place a negative I would. I have never been treated so nasty in my life! IF YOU WANT TO RELAX AND UNWIND THIS IS THE LAST PLACE ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH YOU SHOULD COME!!!!!!!!

I just came in today!!! Todays date is July 28th. And I made an appointment with JOHNNY 3 days prior... I just needed 5 nails fixed and a fill in. They double booked him and I came first. He started to take my nails off, and it felt like he was ripping my nail bed off.....I expressed to him, it was hurting a tad bit. And could he take it easy. He IMMEDIATELY GOT an attitude and told me he didnt want to do my nails. I asked him. Is he serious?? He said, he had another 11:30am...and I can ask someone else......"he stated to me, " thats not his problem why he was double booked " ..... JOHHNY IS SO disrespectful ..ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Spoke to the manager, he apologized. And said. I cant make him do your nails....but I can get somone else. The manager gave me some rookie. That has been there. And working on nails got only 1 month!!!! I told them. hell no! And the manager did not do anything..... Let me remind you, my nails last on a good job. Wi6h good products, for at least 3 weeks.....my nails started to lift. Within that week. They have bad customer service, they are prejudice, disrespectful, and emotionally unintelligent and immature. DO NOT GO TO NEW NAILS.....and they use cheap products. They treat everyone with low class care....And I will be reporting them to the better business Bureau and yelp!

So, I had to revise this review and make it one star! My first visit to this nail shop was pretty decent that is why I gave you 5 stars and decided to go back. This last trip is definitely going to be my LAST trip. I normally go to upscale nails, but its just too far from where I am now. That is hands-down the best nail shop! Anyway back to this review, I dont want to go into detail but I will say that I have to go to another salon to get my nails redone as well as another pedicure! Upon leaving the nail shop, my Polish literally lifted off my toes. I went back inside to Salon to try to get it taken off for a color change. The guy at the front stated to me that it takes at least 24 hours for the polish to dry. I am aware about the procesa of pedicures and treatment afterwards. However, this Polish was horrible;I believe it was the texture. About my fillin, my nails are uneven , and you can see the lines still where my fill-in was supposed to be after he didnt my nails. It is so tacky and there are issues all around...absolute no no! I now understand why their reviews are so low ... This is just straight-up ridiculous! I dont know how theyre still in business , I really dont! Attia Trills

I use to like this nail shoip until I went here on 5/27/12. I at times bring my own nail polish but I choose to use theirs this time. I wanted my big toe painted one color and my other four toes painted another color. There was no design. There was no use of extra nail polish, yet there was an upcharge of $2 for use of more than one color. Who does that?!? When I spoke to the owner Kim she mumbled and could not even look me in the eye to justify to me why she is charging an extra $2 when the only extra work was to open another bottle of nail polish. This was one of those things that will make you stop coming to a business. You are charging me $2 when you literally used no more and no less nail poish...shame on you New Nails and I use to like you I really did, not any more finding me a new nail shop because if that is what Kim needs to do to make ends meet then I can not support this type of a business at ALL!
