I recently in March of 2014 had permanent make-up to my brows and upper and lower eyeliner done by Shere. Basically, Im disgusted. Scheduling wasnt too big of a problem, but when you ask her questions about the permanent make-up she is very condescending. She also seems rushed and doesnt want to answer questions, but this is my face and its permanent!!! I told her that I was young and concerned that after 10-15 years or more that it might spread or look really bad and her response was "well, i havent been doing it that long so i dont know, but what makes you think it would do that? Its not going to just spread." Her response was just very rude and uninformative and she didnt respect my concern. But, i continued to make the appointment. When i got there she was polite, welcomed me in, told me a little bit about the procedure. We went through examples of colors, styles etc We decided to go with brow strokes since I wanted more of a natural look and was concerned the full brow would be too much for me. During the procedure, which hurts more than I thought it would, especially with the numbing cream, she never told me what she was doing or when to expect pain. She also washed off my skin/eyes with a solution, which she never said what it was, that burned like fire. She just squirted it on there and rubbed it off and never warned me it would burn, and it wasnt just where she was tattooing that it burned, it burned my eyes. Now its been about 7 weeks since the procedure, my eyeliner looks pretty good, no complaints there. However, my brows are another story. The left brow didnt take near as well and is much lighter in color that the left, and the brow strokes on the left are much more curved, whereas the right are more straight and less natural looking. Also on the right brow there is an area that looks like a blob of ink. I have to fill my brows in every day to even them out to look normal. However, I decided to e-mail her to ask her if she could fix this, possibly by filling them in. She told me it would cost $50 for touch ups and to go on her website and schedule an appointment. I responded telling her since this was an error and i wasnt satisfied with it (and Im coming back to you even after you messed it up the first time!! hello) that i felt like i shouldnt have to pay the $50. She basically told me "Im not going to go back and forth with this, you need to find another tech." She has the worst customer service ever. I cant believe she takes such poor pride in her work to not fix something she messed up. It was a complete waste of money, and Ill never go back to her again. Did I mention her butt crack was hanging out of her jeans even while standing? How unprofessional, next time try not to fit into jeans 3 sizes too small! And no im not jealous, Im a small framed girl myself.

I purchased a groupon for eyelash extensions and called to make an appointment. The girl I spoke with said that Shere, the one doing the extensions was very busy and she didnt have anything available for a week. She asked me to stay on hold while she spoke with Shere to see if she might want to come in earlier or on a day off. She booked me for the following week. Later that night, I received a call from Shere telling me that she wasnt going to come in because I was using a groupon. Basically telling me that It wasnt worth her time to service me because I wasnt paying full price. I am a hairdresser and have been in the service industry for 6 years. Never have I ever turned away a customer. I have my own salon and use groupon for my business as well and treat the customers as if they were full paying customers because I want them to eventually become long time clients. I have gone in early, stayed late, and went in on my days off because I love to make clients happy! I wouldnt recommend anybody to this rude woman! She may be good or bad at her job but she needs to know that the service industry is a people business first... so unprofessional!

Initially, I was happy to find a full lace front application technician in the area. I ordered the piece. The piece wasnt in stock. We had to go with an alternative which equaled a cheaper price. Good thing right? Had the appointment. She rushed out in the middle of the appointment to take her son to a job interview. I waited patiently. She finished our appointment just shy of her next appointment. She hurried me out the door shoving my receipt in my hands with no instructions on how to care for my investment. When I contacted her to address issues I had with the application and the piece, she started drilling me concerning the validity of my complaints versus working to address the issues. I was very upset needless to say. I spent in excess of $500 with this company and the customer service was horrible. Remember I went with a cheaper piece. Well, she tried to charge me the price of the original item instead of the price for the cheaper item. Find anyone else that is interested in solving your problem versus making a quick buck. You deserve better treatment than that.

Discovered this hidden beauty through groupon.I live less than 3 miles away and never knew. Tucked away in a little area just across from a larger strip mall in a unassuming pocket of eclectic shops next to an upscale resale shop and fresh deli (I stopped for lunch yummy) you find spa degas with a simple marquee "SPA" with swag white drapes in the window. Inside you find a bright clean fung shui decor with the wafting aroma of aromatic candles and soft tranquil music. I had the groupon for two chemabrasions the first and second treatments exceeded my expectations both in terms of service and results. Sheere was warm and authentic and told me about the array of additional services letting me choose the ones that were right for me . I was so pleased with the results and her candor that I have become a regular next time I will try the environ facial in two weeks much like the building itself its not whats on the outside that counts. So if your looking for flashy decor and pretensions this is not it ,but a simple elegant mini spa with great service by all mean yes.

Spa Degas is a wonderful place to relax and get pampered. I have come for eyelash enhancement for over a year. The results are amazing! I have also come for several facials. At first I was hesitant to get a facial since I have gotten facials at other institutions that have irritated my skin. The facials I have had at Spa Degas nourished and strengthened my skin. The esthetician that I have been going to is Sheri and she is wonderful and meticulous with details. I will continue to recommend Spa Degas. Now that there is also a Buckhead location (in addition to Johns Creek where I go) I will recommend to co workers and others I work with in town.
