Cathie and her dream team saved my hair - they literally work magic! Listen, my hair... its always been a problem. Its thick, coarse, wavy, and frizz-prone. Put on top of that the fact that it was totally fried from a bleach job from another respected, high-end salon (I paid almost $300 for this other salon to ruin my hair). Not only did my hair look like a literal rats nest, but I thought I was going to have to shave my head, so I avoided going to a salon again because I didnt want that or for anyone to make it look worse than it already did. I took a chance with Salon Greco after visiting their website and reading their reviews on their Facebook page. I was ready for a change! Christina, my stylist, gave me a beautiful, fresh color and sleek cut. I so respect her for being so kind and not making any snide comments about how thick and damaged my hair was, and doing such a beautiful job with it. I felt like a million bucks and didnt think my hair could get any more beautiful. Until... Cathie, the owner, came over to talk to me. She said she saw that my hair was hard to tame, that it was thick and unruly. She recommended a treatment called Frizz Out, Body In for my hair, which is all-organic and lasts for seven months. After discussing the treatment with her, I agreed that it was something that I needed. You guys, my hair is like SILK now. No joke. It doesnt feel like my hair, look like my hair, act like my hair... I mean, really, I thought I was dreaming. I have dream hair now. The texture has completely changed to silky, tamed, GORGEOUS celebrity hair. My friends keep telling me that I have Kardashian hair! :) My hair has transformed into hair I finally love. I HIGHLY, highly recommend the Frizz Out, Body In treatment to anyone who is in the same boat I was in. My life is so much easier now. It styles so easily and dries quickly. It looks healthy! Cathie and her team understand the science/chemistry of hair and color - and they definitely make it a point to educate the clients (I really appreciate this part!). Everyone at the salon is also extremely nice and accommodating. I love coming in there. I will never trust another salon with my hair. This place is the real deal!

Customer service at this salon is amazing! I am very hesitant about trying new salons because i have naturally dark brown hair and I like to keep BLONDE highlights in it not orange, caramel, or the several step process most salons try to convinc me it will take to reach the pretty ashy/platinum blonde shade I want. Only because their stylists are either inexperienced or are trying to rip you off by having you come back to them seceral different times over the course of a couple of months which is actually worse for your hair. Any reputable stylist/colorist should be able to take you from the darkest brown to the lightest blonde in one session with beautiful natural looking color and without damaging your hair. If they tell you otherwise RUN the other direction. Your hair will go through several colors of the rainbow and several appointments and your credit cards with be maxed out once they are done and you will be left broke with severly dry and damaged hair. Salon Greco knows exactly what they are doing and I did my research on them before booking an appointment. Prior coming to Salon Greco I used to get my hair done by a local stylist who has now become a stlyist for the stars!! He has done hair for Nikki Bella , WWE DIVA/JOHN CENAS GF, Miss Teen GA and several others. So, needless to say I know what I am looking for and talking about when it comes to coloring my naturally dark brown hair that always pulls red or brassy tones. He was the first to be honest with me and I am glad I stuck with his advice when searching for Salon Greco. Corey did an amazing job!! I will be going back to her in a few months when i need my roots done NOT BECAUSE SHE COULDNT GET MY HAIR THE SHADE I WANTED

I was very excited when my husband bought me a gift certificate here for our wedding anniversary. I went in to make the appointment and did not have a good first impression. Not that the woman at the counter was mean or anything I just got the "you dont belong here vibe" I was nervous about going to the appointment after that. It was my first time getting a massage and Daniel was great! He made me feel welcome and was very professional. When it was time for the hair the woman who I got seemed very unfriendly from the start. I came in with wanting a pretty big change. I wanted a shorter cut all one length. As soon as I told her that, she said that is so not in and I wouldnt do it. In the end she suggested taking a little length and adding lots of layers. It did feel lighter and has more volume which is what I was looking for. During the 2+ hours of the appointment I tried to make small talk and still just felt the unfriendly out of place vibe from her. She was extremely friendly with other clients coming in so I did take it personal and get the "you dont belong here vibe again" 24 hours later I am just feeling sad about the experience. I still feel like I wanted a shorter style and am left feeling like my money was wasted. Its not that the cut and color were not done well, I actually love the color just wanted something shorter. The most she said to me was was at the end trying to get me to make a six week appointment, which I did not do. Overall disappointed with my experience. The other stylists seemed extremely friendly which made me even more disappointed that I did not find someplace That could become consistent.

I have been a client at Salon Greco for 17 years and it seems to me that the quality of service, atmosphere, level of professionalism and overall ingenuity of the staff and owners only ramps up exponentially with each passing year! Im not a traditional client in the sense that I ask for some very detailed, time-consuming, artistic, and challenging colors, cuts, and styles. Not only have I never once failed to have my vision for my hair realized at Salon Greco, Ive ALWAYS had my vision amplified and improved from my original idea. It is not immodest to call what Cathie Fennell does "sheer genius." Or would that be "shear genius?" :) At any rate, they have also done up-dos and bridal hair for me that went far beyond any expectation I had set forth even in my innately OCD plans. There is nothing in the realm of beauty or personal care that you cannot go to this salon to address. Ive had massages, manicures, pedicures, facials, the works. Everything is top-notch, the best products, and the most innovative techniques. The staff is the jewel in this very decorated crown. You will never, ever find more dedicated professionals anywhere! If you dont go to Salon Greco for your personal beauty needs you are cheating yourself!!

I had the pleasure of spending my birthday (late Oct) at Salon Greco and it was the best present I could give to myself! The entire staff was amazing and I highly recommend Salon Greco for Salon and Spa services! Go, try it- youll love it too! Yesenia (Massage Therapist) is a consummate professional who took the time to ask about problem areas and then worked miracles (and continues to regularly!). I train pretty hard six days a week and with her help I am able to keep it up. She truly is amazing. Sandra (Master Stylist) and Salon Greco are responsible for the best Salon experience Ive ever had. A great atmosphere, a fabulous Stylist with an eye for detail and talent beyond measure, and wonderful, friendly Staff left me with a terrific cut & color that I continue to get compliments on. I recommend Salon Greco to the novice and the seasoned - this place is absolutely the best.. Cathie, the owner, gave me a facial that was wonderful AND informative! She is such a lovely, knowledgeable woman and her staff is simply the best.
